Who do you think was mostly responsible for the $1200 pump? Yep, China and a bot from Japan.
Your shitcoin's biggest pump ever was brought to you by "yellow fuckers", now what?

Were you whining about that too?

I see the trolls are back out to play.

I would love to hear your positions..short from where? How long before you do a Houdini again NHJT?

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Market is so slow... no Volume and not increase or decrease of price, what will happen in the next time? Hope to see a great raise of price with the introduction of ETF  Angry

Up ~20% from last month, up ~7% from last week. Sure, right now isn't exactly exciting, but I wouldn't exactly say the "market is so slow". Unless you were expecting another uber rally to take place of course, which is not likely to happen very soon imo - if we're lucky, this year will be (roughly) similar to 2012.

It's actually quite a fast growing at this stage of the early bull market. We might still have a little dip before moving on, me thinks.

I guess we're gonna be in uptrend, look at the chart here on this page. it is a perfect head and shoulders, this is going to the core, what do you guys think?

It's not a head and shoulders yet. Neckline is not complete. If it does complete, it means trend reversal and I'm going to dump myself.

It kind of looks like batman's retarded brother H & S.

The only head and shoulders I see is the big upside down H&S on the 2 hr chart.
Bullish  Cool

I don't see it but I hope you're right, Brother.

[Did you look up what "Kρίσις" means? Grin

Google translate does not give anything funny (basically "critical", which coms from Kρίσις actually).  Should I look for a slang dictionary instead?

Unfortunately, Google translate doesn't incorporate, nor recognizes Ancient Greek.

Quote
A.

Quote

1. crisis, opinion, judgement, evaluation
2. election, choice, preference | (generalization)
B.
1. justice, the outcome of a jury, a judge's decision |(legal)
2. test of power or ability, competition, match
3. dispute, quarrel, contention |(with a person)

Δ.
a rapid degradation of health condition|(Medical)

http://www.greek-language.gr/greekLang/ancient_greek/tools/lexicon/lemma.html?id=134

Now you're all a bit of Greek. You see? All it gets is to know a simple word. Wink

OK, so is Greece's economy a crisis in sense Δ?  Grin

I have that guy on "ignore".  The Chinese were never value investors with a few important exceptions.  They just love to gamble. Macau now dwarfs Vegas as the gambling capital of the world. They'll jump back in soon enough when the credit markets dry up and everybody starts talking about capital controls.

Edit: oops Silbert is not CEO of secondmarket any longer. Nevertheless, secondmarket Inc. still owns BIT which just opened the OTC market. I thought they would be bidding solid for these coins.

IIRC, Silbert is no longer CEO of SecondMarket, but remains at the head of SM's BIT fund (or of whatever SM division/subsidiary that "owns" that fund).

I think green volume looks good, rising bottoms since $166 on the daily, couple recent pump attempts from whales taking big positions (knowing that shakeouts don't do a whole lotta good anymore...), desperate gambling bears trying to trade against the market, throwing all they have left at it to protect their short positions...

Rockets are getting primed to leave this trading range. $300 right around the corner.

...I'm up over ... 3000% last five years. I'm just pissed because I should have done much much better.

3000% in 5 years?  Let's see, a $20 pizza was sold for 10,000 BTC back then...  So you've lost most of your coin?  No shit you "should have done much better." Cheesy

he bought in first near the top of the 2011 hype, which either means he flipped some coins (ie traded) in between what would make him a hypocrite, or a liar. Oh and yes I'm pretty sure he bought near the top of the 2011 hype because his angry rant after the first major goxxing was archived on the something awful frontpage.
(Which also means he always was an insufferable asshole)

Bitstamp is just a rumpled husk of its former self. I saw 7 minutes between trades a while back... sad. Gonna take a while to make back that near 20k btc lost with commissions.

I have a trading stash and cold storage. I don't take profits from cold storage, which had a buy-in of $9/btc.
That's my retirement.

My trading account has lost money in USD terms, but I have increased my BTC count substantially. Kinda sucks, but I'm still learning.

That's a cause for celebration, un-ironically. Apparently SOME people do learn.

yeah ... bitcoin isn't a pump and dump mechanism ... except ... every single person refers to increasing price from buying as pump and decreasing price from selling as dump ...  Roll Eyes
