i understand that 32 is a power of 2, but since when did we pay any attention to those?

i celebrated when we hit $1024, but my celebration was somewhat overshadowed by the $1000 guys.

mh, the day after the FED hike stocks are down, gold is up, and BTC is upper.
Looks like sound money.

IMO it's still flat, not upper. The FED hike did nothing to bitcoin, but smashed stocks down. The honey badger doesn't care what the FED does. If bitcoin goes above 470 and keeps going up then it's upper. For the last half a week it's been sideways within $15 of range.

The rising level of xactioins should worry you more than encourage you. Once we get past 4 xactions/sec,  fees will likely double and then quadruple and the market will take that information into account.

An early good morning Bitcoinland. Still hovering around $460 I see.

Just when the price edges up close to $470, someone takes a massive dump to keep it in line but it creeps back up again before too long.

Seems like someone is trying really hard to keep the increase slow. Probably accumulating a lot more coins than they dump.

Maybe they're even selling into their own bids, then buying into the order book as it fills in behind them.

Just a theory, of course. I'm not a conspiracy theorist but I'm not a conspiracy denier either.

Perhaps I just need more coffee. This is a little too early for me to be up. Normally I'm a crack-of-noon kind of person but I had to get up early for the cleaning lady. Caffeine do your stuff.

Hi Jimbo!  Cheesy Feeling awesome today, huh?

I think likewise about your theory and one does not need to be a damn conspiracy theorist to see what is happening out there. It's called pure and simple observation.
Have a good coffee!
