4 hr RSI dipping below 30, hidden divergence flashing bigtime. Buy up now, this is probably a one-night event.

I'm not worried at all. I don't trade at Bitfinex and I'm invested in bitcoin since $300. Wish I could buy more actually.

Just got off the longest plane ride of my life. Did anything happen specifically which caused the crash or is this just the price correction everyone saw coming?

Finex is such bs, watch their "network outage" suddenly go away if the price was to pump. They are facing the problem with 39M in leveraged longs facing liquidations and the chain reaction that may cause, they have no idea how to deal with it. Finex issues started at 740 now 688

Well, well, well. Just got home to see that Finex imploded. When I went out, Finex had suspended operations and I was already wondering what was up with the sudden leveling of the order book. I was wondering what kind of shit would hit the fan when they came back online. Seems Finex has problems that spilled over on the entire market, both in the form of arbitrage and general panic. I've been waiting for a buying opportunity for almost a month and a half and now that it comes, it's too late to do anything about it. Hopefully it'll last until morning. Meanwhile, BtcTicker seems to be down (or is it just me?). Maybe it's an attack against the infrastructure, starting with the highest-volume USD exchange, or maybe it's just another Goxing. Thank gawd all my coins are safe offline. Lets see where this is headed, but I'm fairly sure this is just a minor glitch and hopefully a nice buying opportunity.

From the August 2015 low to the June 2016 high we have been in a bitcoin bull market. A 23.8% Fibonacci correction to $640 would be healthy and not anything to get your panties in a wad about.

Monitoring - Trading will resume at 4:00 UTC. Order cancels can be submitted now, but they will not process until 4:00 UTC. Please note: When trading resumes there will likely be wide spreads. We caution users to be cognizant of this fact and warn against using market orders. As trading goes on, the order book will fill in and this will become less of an issue. Please be aware of market conditions when placing your orders. Jun 21, 03:49 UTC https://bitfinex.statuspage.io/

You've had 18 months worth of buying opportunity, why wait until now? Hopefully it won't last until morning.

Buy while it is going down and sell while it is going up... That's the open secret, yet the devil is in the details in order to not sell too much and not to buy too much, so that you can always be prepared for unexpected overruns... which this one kind of was.

Do ETFs give you as good of a price as just putting your coins in cold storage? I'm thinking about eventually just buying into an ETF or two and then trading my actual BTC
