Just make a whole-grain crust and top it with things like lean beef tenderloin, asparagus tips, escargot and low-fat cheese.

Stay away from the "low-fat" craze.

I was going to say something, too, but I thought that maybe it would not be "on topic."

The anti-nutrients are usually in the carbs (suchas a low quality crust or too much crust) and if bad oils are used.  natural animal fat oils are generally good, and we likely don't get enough of them, but we get too many carbs, so careful about too much crust .. .and whole grain does not necessarily help the crust - but maybe eating in moderation or converting to an almond flour crust or something like that (wheat is generally not too good and we tend to get a bit too much of it).

Yeah. It's the carbs in pizza which are the killer. Quite salty also.

I should have used a smiley. I was making fun of "health food" fanatics.

If you make a thin crust with whole wheat flour and added gluten, the small amount of carbs shouldn't be a problem.

Here's my idea of health food:

Yum.  Smiley

That's what I'm talking about - I figured that you were old and wise for a reason.. and probably has to do with eating fatty meat.  hahahahaha... a little fat for the brain.. GREAT!!!!!

Battle Royale on Finex.
Shows us we aren't in a bubble and support is quite strong at this price range. Huge volume on Finex and it seems red is currently winning- just saw a nice 60 coin buy order after a couple of sells. Interesting times ahead, I welcome corrections if it means we're going back up after.

2100s are here on Finex, not as bad as I thought after a few hundred coins were being sold every minute or so.

You are correct about the battle, but you are wrong about who is winning.

When you look at battles, you gotta look at longer periods... much longer than one day.

Yeah, one day, the battle may cause the price to go down.. but if the price slowly creeps back up and they are only able to keep it down for a short period or dump thousands of coins and still not achieve a significant correction, the battle is not being won by the bears.  We have not had any kind of meaningful battle won by the bears since around the $500s..

Yeah, sure, they won a few short battles, but the price kept creeping back up.. and it seems that the " problem " is getting worse.. they throw more and more coins, and they cannot get a negative effect, not even for short periods of time...

It could be that we are approaching the exponential component of the S curve.. at least for a short period.. and thereafter, maybe the bears will be able to win a few battles, especially if we get a 1.5x or a 2x upspurt.. in a matter of a couple of days?

TLDR:  Bears lost control of this bitcoin price matter, and are having considerable difficulties having any kind of meaningful influence on it.

Never fails. New articles up on CNBC, CNN, BusinessInsider, and Fortune today.  Then a dump.

Every time media prints something about Bitcoin, it dumps soon after.

They must plan it like that..

If pushing the price briefly twice under $2100 is everything that they have/the *correction*, then I will see you gentlemen between $3 and $5k soon.

I do expect some resistance in the $3k to $5k territory - especially if we go there soon.TM

On the other hand, if it takes several months to get to $3k to $5k (which is seeming a bit doubtful at the moment), then that would be more bullish for breaking through resistance at that level... maybe $7k to $10k would be the next target range?

Chyna has come back into sync with rest-of-world by rising >100% in 30 days (doubling).

Some serious shorts in chyna have capitulated, expect to see some dead bodies being wheeled out.

I don't know what's happenning with KRAKEN... It's the third time (that I have NOTICED) that I had limit orders placed from days before that ARE NOT EXECUTED when the price cross and pass my limit price.

In this case, the price reached 2082€, yet I had some sell limit orders in the 19XX€ and 2XXX€ range that were NOT EXECUTED.

I always leave low and high orders to take advantage of this spikes... but it looks like someone else (maybe KRAKEN itself) is taking advantage of it and not me?

WTF is this shit? It is costing me MONEY.

And I am still waiting on the last ticket I opened about this issue past month.

Anyone else on the same boat?

What this leads me to believe that maybe some people are being liquidated, at least at a worst price than would happen if orders on the way were executed.

You should invest 1% when you think you have too much. And I for one do not trust in the future of humanity and fiat (of any country, maybe except Chile (those f*ckers still have their money backed up by gold)).

But with 1% of what you have... you should start a business. But start by investing nothing or a maximum of 10% of that 1%. Smiley  ... Try to sell something that you can get for free... out of thin air! Cheesy Cheesy

*edit: When the bubble starts and bursts, you can get out at 30-32k $ or you can always check out these forums for unexpected news! Cheesy Cheesy

I am still waiting for a reply about a limit buy at $124X that I still have on my order book and should have executed in one dump that hapenned and cross it. I am requesting they honor my order at their cosst (which is increasing every day that the prices raises higher) yet I haven't received ANY reply.

I don't even know how much money I have lost with this behaviour because it could have hapenned more than this THREE times I have noticed.

Yeah, I know, I should not be using Kraken anymore... but there are not so many "reliable" (?) exchanges and I prefer to have my trading funds distributed. The ONLY exchange I have never had a single problem is Bitstamp.

I think there is a Kraken thread somewhere in bitcointalk, I am going to search for it.l

I could be wrong but... Could it be because there is not enough demand?

I means yeah the price actually crossed the lines but not for long, it might be that there was no one to actually take your position no?
Anyway it's interesting to note, do you have any other platform on which you can trade? I hate btc-e for trading, they're good to buy/sell but not to manage leverage trading positions.

Been happening for a long time, and is admitted by Kraken/Dargo.
I waited 36 hours to see what happened to my order. It executed $86 to my disadvantage. Took multiple support requests to ask to be made good. I wait many days for reply. Then, Kraken gave me $100 worth of Kraken tokens to use against future trades only, without any supporting email. I ask Kraken suppot "WTF?" Totally ignored.
I ask Dargo for an explanation on the Kraken thread, he refuses to answer to the very question about why i should accept tokens instead of my money back.

People really need to stay away from Kraken, unless playing with play money. Their problems are broad based, have been happening for nearly a year, and with no sign of them getting better.

No, that's not how the order book (should) works. If someone goes to sell (or be liquidated) all the way to 2082€ it means all sell orders before that price have been honored.

The only case that could be a bit confussing is if the rise stops at exactly the price you had your limit orders set. Then, if there are more coins from other traders that were placed before yours AND are enough to cover the demand, no single coin from you will be reached. But the price can't rise any single penny above while there are sell limit orders pending at that price.

I haven't had any single problem with Bitstamp but I have never used leverage there, not sure if they already offer it.

For leveraging your alternatives are not much and not good either.
