big sell  ahh only 600 No it was around 1300. All at under 106 when the price had been 108 or so. lots of downward pressure |

To my untrained eye, it looks like someone is selling low in the hope of buying back even lower. The dump was at 106 when market ask was 108 and now there are lots of buys going through at 104. After mtgox commissions, thats 1% return.
Assuming he gets his 1300 back, thats over $1780 profit. Not bad for 10 minutes work and a cool head for figures...

Can you describe your graphs? The green lines are the price, the higher up the further back in time. The orange lines are the open bids (people who want to buy Bitcoins with USD), the blue lines are asks (people who want to sell Bitcoins for USD). The bars on the left are the volume of trades, green being buys and red being sells. With the black part being half-half. The lines (boxes) on the right are the trades that took place in the last 60 seconds. |
