How is this new fork going to work as it relates to which exchanges will credit you with the alt-coin?  I lost out a bit by keeping 50% of my BTC in cold storage and the other 50% on Coinbase and since I've moved some coins off Coinbase, I will lose more BCH this way when they hand it out on 1/1/18.

Where should I move my Coinbase stuff to make sure I get properly credited with the new alt-coin?  I do have a GDAX account now, but I suspect they operate under Coinbase's rules?

These forks are all so confusing

Time will tell. I'm just glad I got to add a few more satoshis during yesterday's dip.

and you missed out the chance to increase your btc stash by 10-20% for free.
(this because you said you're glad)

This fun but almost true meme has been around since they qualified for the Euros (and did commendably well).

Now they just came top of their group to qualify as the smallest country ever to qualify for the World Cup.

The Iceland team; the Honeybadger of football.  Áfram Ísland!

Good morning Bitcoinland.

I see we're fully recovered from yesterday's little buying opportunity... currently $5700USD/$7102CAD (Bitcoinaverage).

AltCash also holding its own at $330USD/$412CAD (Coinmarketcap).

We're again pretty much where we were after consolidating following the massive rise a week ago. We're also less than a week from the AltGold fork.

Time will tell. I'm just glad I got to add a few more satoshis during yesterday's dip.

Go Bitcoin go.

Where do you live?

Why Iceland?

A former constitutional republic situated between Canada and Mexico.

They actually jailed banksters after '08, remote enough to resist waves of eco/war refugees, geothermal power for mining and comfort, high levels of education and social cohesion, hawt hawt women, need I go on?

I used to play a game on internet forums. I'd ask what your top 3 countries would be if you couldn't live in your own country.

I always included Iceland and New Zealand in my top 3. After that it's a tossup. A Scandinavian or Benelux country maybe.

Iceland is wonderful, I go there a lot - actually bought a place there in 2014.  And Jojo is right about the female of the species locally, too.

I keep everything I need there, since one never knows... all I need is my wallet and a flight.

if things get bad all Nato countries should be off the list till they collapse. and 5 eyes, brics, what all else?
I'm thinking go to Argentina. It's in the part of the world that has the best combination of not being completely pozzed and not caught between nuclear powers, has a reasonable climate and a decent demographic compared to other places with similar climates. Looking for critique, tell me where I am wrong.
