What really disturbs me:

Bitstamp nearly reached ATH.
Gox way behind.

BTC China : nowhere near ATH...

So Gox goes up while China didn't do anything really. It's up to 730 doing just fine when suddenly China goes down and instantly Gox and Stamp drop.
Can anybody explain to me how that happens so fast and why?

the bubble poped!

now their could be another bubble foruming right now. IDK i'm  really scared.  Undecided

Nah, my question is why does it suddenly follow China when it didn't when it went up. But my question isn't really valid anymore as it went back up again a few seconds later.

I think everyone did a damn good job of fallowing china.

The reason why there are so many idiotic postings...
Probably more then 50% here have less then 1 btc and are younger then 18 years old -> can't take anything seriously from such users
The kids want to increase their 0.2 btc to 1000000$ -> stupid postings all around

The callous elitism of the post brought a tear to my eye.  The younger people here hold great power to make bitcoin succeed: we should encourage them.  If they are excited about what the 0.2 BTC they minded may turn into, that is only a good thing.  Their delusions will be grand enough to excite their friends into participating.  Slowly, the BTC economy grows as they motivate their peers to participate and they come to see they're creating a real economy outside of "the old system" that offers them better opportunities to shape their destiny.  A decade down the road, perhaps their visions of grandeur from their wildest dreams didn't quite pan out, but I bet it still turned out pretty f*%6in great!

Every "normal" guy can afford at least 10-100 btc.

No, for the reasons many other posters mentioned.  EDIT: and 18 year olds quickly turn into 25 year old.  What is not "normal" about being young??

Now that we are discussing about anything.

Does anyone have an opinion on having a BTC donation address in your signature?
Have any of you ever gotten anything from having one? A cool story perhaps on how you randomly received a ton of BTC.

Kinda looks like begging in the digital age doesn't it Smiley. (And I'm taking part of it Cheesy).

I have never gotten a "tip" but I figure I have not had any posts worth of one.

Now I suppose if I could come up with some heart wrenching story?

The only story I have right now is that our new dog we got for our daughter (she begged for one and we picked one up at a shelter) is not the "Italian Greyhound Mix" that they said it was and it seems to actually be part Pit bull.  My father-in-law lives behind us and does not like our new dog.  He is a bit of a grumpy old man and has instigated things so now our new little dog is out to get him and he accidentally got out and then bit his hand.  So we were afraid that we would have to give up the dog which caused many tears around here.  Cry  It is especially sad because the little dog is just frightened of the mean grandpa and acting out of instinct.  We have decided to install a $800 fence/dog run in the backyard instead that will at least serve as another level of protection for the dog and grandpa.  So our sob story is that we cannot buy anymore Bitcoin.  We have to buy a fence to keep our little shelter dog.  Or find a new home for Grandpa! (this would require much more than $800 though)  Bitcoin tips accepted. Grin

This is all true, but probably still not tip worthy!  LOL

I would kill for 22 BTC...I have 1/100 of that...

The reason why there are so many idiotic postings...

Every "normal" guy can afford at least 10-100 btc.

Thats ridiculous. Very few "normal" guys can throw $70,000 USD onto what is still very much an extremely speculative investment. Maybe you're on wallstreet and think $70K is throw away money, but don't be confused. You have to be crazy well off to throw $70,000 into something as far out as bitcoin.

But the low is $7000 and anyone with a job can afford to save $7000 in few years. If not, something is wrong

That something is most likely they were born in a country where only the wealthy earn that much in a year.  Unfortunately, billions of people still fall in that category.  Seriously guys, extrapolation from Europe/North America to anyone/everyone is a sure fire way to look like a retard on the internet.

A rich retard, but still...

nobody saves a damn penny! we savers are the exception not the rule.
