Polo just stripped it’s users of there freedom today. Bitfinex did it last week, big things are happening behind the scenes. Get ready! Something big is happening.
What did polo do?

Enforce KYC/AML rules that anyone with any clue of how the world works could see coming years ago.

Thats not entirely true, in enforcing them they also added a terms and condition that you must accept in which you waive the right to sue them. So in effect they are holding your account hostage unless you agree to waive your rights and I think the word for that is extortion. They also set a 2 week time limit and in a previous email they stated that you would be allowed to withdraw funds if you did not agree to the new terms which they have not honored.

They'll just lose their customers to decentralized exchanges with this move. They are shooting their own foot. Most people were making trades on those exchanges because they weren't asking any papers, now that's gone, those people will move to somewhere else which doesn't do that shit and Dex's pretty much guarantee this.

I personally went back after they stated we would be able to withdraw during a legacy transaction period because of the margin market. I just get all warm and fuzzy when I can get away with shorting ETH.

I'm sure they've done the math and figure the assets they seize will make it worth it.

HEY, did anyone else notice the Bot noise ratio has gone quiet! It may be worth putting effort into posts again.

Well, damn it! If this is what needs to be done to get it above 10k again so be it:

Then i need, Jennifer Tilly, (I will be her voodoo love puppet) and a Chucky Doll....

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jennifer_Tilly]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jennifer_Tilly]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jennifer_Tilly

then:
(snip manual and chicken)

Jennifer could have been a great help indeed. Can you estimate when that voodoo pic was taken?

(Snip: slap slap pic. I won't be caught only cherry-picking chick pics to repost)

Not that I like having to say so, but at the moment it's no use to ask about bottoms yet IMHO.

I expect when the bottom comes, it will be with a scream - I'M THE BOTTOM!

Damn when is it gonne stop?
Dropping fast now...

Someone with charts how things looking for now

MasterLuc does not think it looks good...

Why is Bitcoin there? At bitcoin, everything is bad in the mid-term. In the week-long picture, you can see yourself - in the negative zone of the BB, the falling ma20 and everything like that presses from above. Where do we fall? On my previous charts, there is a historical logarithmic support line in the 3-4k area, depending on how to navigate. In the area of 2000, we are met by a week-long ma200. I consider the support of this curve to be absolute at this stage. It just can not be pierced.

Bear the wind blows to us from Wall Street. There are very clever guys with big swaps, they are shaking the same button in all markets, including bitcoin. This is an exhaustive explanation of what is happening.

Once again I say bulls sleep at least until the 19 th year.
As it often happens, I think you nailed it.

The Bitcoin volume at exchange Bitfinex does not seem effected by the new (ad hoc) customer tax info policy of Bitfinex, despite Whalepool's request to boycot Bitfinex for this.

Maybe this will change in the future .. or maybe not.

Alright. I did my part. I removed the coin I had loaded up on the exchange to sell, back under my control, and backed up the wallet.dat

Prepared to wait until Nov/Dec at this rate to sell again.

Sheeit.

I stopped buying bitcoin as the price was rising so I have enough in the bank to live on beyond 2020. If we repeat the last cycle I won't like it and I may worry a little as the price goes down but when the halving hits again I'm all set.
