I love the way we've been getting some dumps like this and no panic!  Smiley

I think it shows that every Tom, Dick and Harry (and Julie) left on board knows how to ride the train. It's exhilerating being part of it!

Each of these dumps over the past couple of weeks has led in to a necessary consolidation back to the steady uptrend. Look at the charts.

Exactly, a few weeks back such dumps would cause panic, the market is maturing, more stability, its a good thing.

well impart to the fact many believe those who sell on gox.. are then left with goxbox and therefore more likely just selling in hopes of rebuying more coins at cheaper panic lows.

also when your $70-100 ahead of other markets I think it makes it likely to see such dumps

Most of the rallies and dumps that we have seen in the past weeks have been a joke in consideration to the volume that we have seen in November. Until we start seeing a steady uptrend with serious volume backing it, another major dump can occur at anytime.

It's possible but a lot of people are in synch now and have been for what is just starting to shape up as a significant period of time. That's what's making us bulls excited!

Imagine if all the Chinese exchanges have to close and we go back to gox being the highest volume exchange. Then you'll be getting goxxed all the time. :p

It might have been a bunch of delayed bot sales from before the gox issue started, rather than a whale. We were floating up in the 810s/820s without any resistance for quite some time.
