Will the chair/judge(?) produce some kind of report with conclusions?
I would assume there is a 100% likelihood some document would result from this hearing [...] I would guess it's possible if they decide not to act at all they may issue a statement to that effect. I don't know in this case, but the result of a public hearing is usually just the transcripts/recordings of everything everybody said, without any conclusions or decisions. EDIT: I mean the official result. The transcripts are usually published on some official government site.

Yes, I keep having to reload and it takes a few seconds to re-connect. Earlier they mentioned they had viewers from 108 countries yesterday... I wonder how many viewers though
