Just read that in Holland (Utrecht) was another shooting on a tram
Could be an act of terror but not sure yet, still not to much news
Hopefully it isn’t to bad

Shootings on multiple locations and the suspect(s) is still missing.
One confirmed dead and multiple injured. The Netherlands is currently in a state of emergency.
Another attack like the on that happened in Paris? It originally sounded like not many victims.

Not as severe as Paris I think.

They just released the photo of the suspect. Apparently the person who did it, is a 37 year old Turkish guy. Not born in The Netherlands but in Turkey.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Bought $500 worth of coins this day alone. (1.2k this month if I remember right) I'm headed towards $20k with the money I paid from my own pocket.

If I am not going to buy while it is down 80% when am I?

I am also starting to believe that 2.5 will never come. I still have a slight hope but it is diminishing with every day.

Not as severe as Paris I think.

Holy crap. That's not good. Not good at all. Fuck.

SCOOP: The Canadian Securities Administration is proposing to ban all short selling and margin trading in Canada. Lots of neat pieces of information in the document.

if I see one more instance of the use of the fatuous use of the made up term 'resiliency' for 'resilience', i'll have to accept that both now exist and are part of the fucking language. and no i'm not getting old, other people are getting idiotic. what's next, retards, silency? nonsensy?

I am not even remotely old yet, but this is accurate. People often don't even seem to know what the words they use mean either.

Everyone was jumping to conclusions that it was a newzealand copycat at first.
Yeah they advised closing Mosques in Utrecht directly after the attack happened.

Interesting is on 20th of March there will be elections in the Netherlands. This event will definitely influence the outcome.

https://www.ccn.com/fbitcoin-technical-indicators-show-bullish-trend

"According to one technical analyst, for the first time since the bull run in late 2017, a technical indicator called Bollinger Bands is holding above the 30 moving average (MA) level, which often signals a positive upside movement.
...
The $4,300 level could be crucial in the near-term because as one cryptocurrency trader explained, there are a relatively large number of short contracts stacked up in the $4,200 to $4,300 range. If bitcoin initiates an optimistic price movement above $4,300, it could trigger a short squeeze and fuel its near-term momentum."

$4,300 would be quite the breath of fresh air, enough distance from the bottom to take a breather.

Agreed!
I’m enjoying gobbling up cheap coins & have been for months now but the end game is that 1BTC = very expensive plus I’m nearly 3 months late paying my personal sole trader HMRC tax because I’ve been spending it all on bitcoin’s Cheesy

Don't get behind on your stuff due to crypto! I myself want to stack more hardware and mine shitcoins and exchange them for Bitcoin but unfortunately I just can't right now.

I can afford to pay it, I’ve just chosen not to so far. I always pay my personal tax late. My business/corporate returns are later in the year. Never pay them late because I’d be in deep trouble if they started to look into those books Cheesy

All fun & games I guess Smiley

Thought of the day.
And this fucking thought is/will be the only resistance in the way of bitcoin mass adoption as a currency.

$4000 still there acting as what seems like an impenetrable force. I, for one, will be delighted when we finally leave the $3000’s behind.

It’s a slow upwards climb now until after the next halving (obviously with a number of retraces).
Every $1,000 increase in price will feel like swimming against the tide but we’ll get there. It’s still a great time to pick up cheap coins. In 2022 we’ll be laughing at the thought of a $3,000 bitcoin.

You know what to do DeathAngel.

I know, I get it. It is really annoying being stuck going sideways for so long. Obviously a good time to buy but frustrating nonetheless.
