"However, during an InfoWars broadcast Monday, Jones argued that Jeremy Richman, a Sandy Hook father who died by apparent suicide and had been a plaintiff in a defamation suit against Jones, had potentially been murdered to further build a case against Jones."

Wow, what a POS. Let me guess, his psychosis was caused by chemtrails...

He really found a way to tap in to the anger of white, young, impressionable (and my guess is largely uneducated) Americans, and has probably done more damage than any other media "personality" in the past 10 years. I'm all for freedom of speech but I'm also for him being tarred and feathered and run out of town.

Meahile in Australia, social media executives face criminal charges and billions in fines if they do not remove terorist videos fast enough

Quote
This would be punishable by three years in jail for Australian or overseas executives or fines that can reach up to 10 per cent of the platform's global annual turnover.

Prosecco..., Champagne Louis Roederer (Cristal) for WO, as minimum.

small bubbles is key. Though I want Moët & Chandon every single day the practical side of me settles for a glass of prosecco once in awhile. I have a thing for orange blossoms and adulterating good champagne is a sin. Cristal is excellent as well, anything from along the Marne is acceptable.   Tongue

There are also good Prosecco,s  Wink

Lol..indeed there are. I belong to a champagne club and get a box mailed to the house every week. It is by far the most expensive habit I have ever had. Now go have that beer and enjoy the day with your family!

I am out as well..feeling the old aches and pains a bit less now. Think I will go out and work in the garden for awhile.

Peace.

That's very good, my friend, I also recommend the sparkling wines of Franciacorta (Italy, Lombardy) made with classic method, they have a very fine palate. Wink

Did you guys watch this already ?

"Bitcoin and Friends", the trailer :

https://youtu.be/o4rUjpb4XL0

Pilot episode is in two days.

Episode 1 :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCi3X3AbgT4

I thought that it was quit funny and interesting.. but surely made by a multi-coiner.. .so not sure where it is going to go with some of its premises including having vitalik as a kind of brainchild.. which seems as an initial misleading start to the plot.
I'm only half way through it but it seems like a shitty new grounds video circa 2006, kinda nostalgic.

I laughed quite a lot, and not in an irritating way... so I think that it could be a decent teaching/learning tool.  I was a bit bothered by some of the multi-coin references, so I would prefer it from a more bitcoin maximalist perspective and perhaps showing altcoins as attack vectors... ... like if 600watt was making it, then it would be a lot better.  hahahaha..   although maybe if 600watt were to make it, it would become too jaded in the bitcoin maximalist direction, perhaps?

if i´d make a movie about alts it would be tarantino style:

Reservoir Alts

or good old coppola style:

Apocalypse Alt

edit: Gone with the Wind, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Dawn of the Dead, the Rapture, Blindness, Maximum Shame, Oblivion....

I was considering just the inclusion of the bitcoin maximalism kind of humor without all the anti-altcoin doom and gloom materials; however, as I was making that post, I was reconsidering that your perspective might end up devolving into a kind of lacking of humor.. .and all of a sudden the fun, games, giggles and educational cartoon begins to become too serious.

Unpopular Opinion

Using debt to buy BTC can be ‘OK’ IF:

-Your debt service requirements are VERY stable. Interest rates fixed and reasonable

-Your fiat inflows are HIGHLY predictable

-Your OPSec is ON POINT.
Lose your BTC, you still owe your debt

-Purchase BTC at low prices

Imagine if the internet protocol TCP/IP were chopped up into 2,100,000,000,000,000 pieces called sats. Try to value one of these sats. What is the value of the internet, the amount of info sent and number of users. Imagine you can buy sats. Would you buy as many sats as possible?

Good good morning btw have a good saturday, do something fun

I took your advice ahead of time and headed out to one of Mindanao's beaches, for the first time in a month.

Its a really nice day out but unfortunately the water was brown AF and I felt like I might get some kind of bacterial infection just from looking at it...

Nice green dildo for BTC... 4+% in 24 hours, thats the most I've seen it climb for quite some time. Things are looking good.  😎

The sight is beautiful.

Thanks, here's one more from down the beach. You can see how the locals do it.

One of those cottages on the water goes for about $30/day, according to their price list... but then they see me coming and the price goes up to $80 (!?) ...  Roll Eyes

Public interest in the expedition was considerable; Shackleton received more than 5,000 applications to join it. His interviewing and selection methods sometimes seemed eccentric; believing that character and temperament were as important as technical ability, he asked unconventional questions. Thus physicist Reginald James was asked if he could sing;others were accepted on sight because Shackleton liked the look of them, or after the briefest of interrogations.
And it worked. Ain't that odd.
