different story for BoB maybe
My stance on ass-eating has been made quite clear, much to the consternation of some ass aficionados. I've - legit - stuck my arm up cows asses and vaginas up to my elbows, before, so, well... yeah. Maybe it's undiagnosed PTSD... lolz..the dude abides...he does not judge.. +1 WOsMerit for appropriate gif useage

But you know its Saturday, today we have to crack our head around whats gonna be the first alcoholic drink of the evening I'm on my fifth beer yo. And not some child sized 0.33, I'm talking pints The Great Dry-Out of 2019 is well under way. Still guilt-ridden over the bottles ringing out in the neighborhood on recycling day. Coffee #1 and Glass of Water #2 so far, for me, today. Cheers, folks. Have one for me. I'll have two for you, you well deserve it! Why the Dry-Out, you seemed to have everything under control? My dry-out is over for now, prolly not going to have one until Sept-Oct.

^ But you know its Saturday, today we have to crack our head around whats gonna be the first alcoholic drink of the evening I'm on my fifth beer yo. And not some child sized 0.33, I'm talking pints Wow .5's ? take it easy evening has yet to start * 0.568 Just finished the fifth and going to liquor store now to get something stronger. This is my first time in a loooooooooooong time to do this btw and I'm sure feeling happy about it been training like hell for the past months. keep up the training, if you look for insane high intensity i'm doing 3 X a week less mills gritt, check it out (on you tube or something) there are 3 different version strength, cardio, or plyo "now athletic" mix this with your training and man you will be feeling some real body changes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIatzdu1w5s ^ this is a version of the strength of last 3 months "choreo changes every 3 months" (also a cardio and plyo so three times a week each time different one) lessons always 30 minutes, after these lessons you can't speak out your own name anymore.... a must do for the sport-peoples of the WO, only do when you have some sporting background Thanks for the tip mate, will have a look at it Been jogging around 40-50km weekly and some speed-walking on top of that on off days with the same distance. 10km goes under 40m fairly easy at the moment. Gonna start hitting the gym 5-6x weekly starting from next week, idea is to get in top shape for June 2019 so the girls would scream when they see me at the beach

The job of the vet is hard.
Not necessarily a vet, but working on a ranch long enough, and gaining a lot of experience working with vets, you learn how to care for some of more difficult health issues cattle may have, if you absolutely need to step in to help a distressed animal that's impacted, or having difficulty during birth, if a vet isn't around. The things I have seen, dudes...
Why the Dry-Out, you seemed to have everything under control? To be brutally honest, battling some issues with depression and anxiety, and recognizing that alcohol is not healthy for me at present. Oh, that's not good to hear but judging your personality from the forum you'll beat it in no time. Had similar issues in the beginning of the year, training helped to get over it. I have slept for 10h23m on average in the past 2 months (based on my activity monitor), enough training helped to achieve that and now my mind is clearer than it has been in a long time. And bitcoin WILL start going up soon enough, just some patience

Here is a good way to waste 700 seconds imo. From about 3:10 to 4:06 make sure you have your sound cranked all the way up to 11 to get a feel for what its like to be standing underneath one of these amazing pieces of machinery when it lights off. Epic. https://youtu.be/KQWH_I4GRBw?t=170*video is set start at 2:50

Hmmm I think I feel this, had the shit knocked out of me lately. A lot of broken promises and back to square one shit. Been drunk every day since, and had nasty hangovers a few times that is not normally a problem I face. Need to get a grip and fuck it. Incongruent :/

Your daily reminder that we are living in a strange, dreamlike reality, where you can exchange $40 for a million satoshi. This extreme disconnect between the greatest fundamentals of any asset in history and a market cap of $70bn, will not last much longer. Act. Stack.
