Alright if you speak Russian or Georgian because English is not common, and writing looks like this Russian doesn't get much love though, and millennials do not speak it generally. The Georgians are friendly and welcoming. The food is good, and they have wine. Well, something that resembles wine anyway. BTW @Ibian, relax. It's not like Syria yet. It's not been subjected to VAT in the EU for a couple of years now. So if that's all you are after, you might as well move to the EU. I wrote about that four years ago tomorrow in this very thread. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178336.258240This document is fresh from the press, it's not yet availible in english för som odd reason, but if you can read any of the other 17 langugeses that it comes in it is very interesting. In short, one of the Swedish high courts has asked the European court for advice on where Europe stands on taxing the exchange of bitcoin to fiat and vice versa. This in turn because a Swedish citizen appealed a decision from the Swedish tax authorties on paying tax for the exchange of bitcoins he is doing in his company. The european advocat general Juliane Kokott suggests as a verdict that bitcoin should be regarded as a currency and not be taxed. The court usually go with the advocat generals suggestions. http://curia.europa.eu/juris/document/document.jsf?doclang=DE&text=&pageIndex=0&part=1&mode=DOC&docid=165919&occ=first&dir=&cid=388883

Another typical day of my life. Why would you cry? You holding alt coins? If you were holding bitcoin, there should not be any real reason to cry, right? Bitcoin was up about 3.5x from April 1 to late june, but now, it is only 2.4x up... As a mostly BTC HODLer and BTC accumulator, difficult for me to cry in these times and these current market circumstances. Yeah, you got that right. I was holding a little bit of Bitcoin in my hand, but then I was liquidated, and then I wanted to cover my losses with alts gains , and now I'm fucked. Hoping it doesn't happen to you again but in case it does, I've touched up your meme for some added realism.

Sold 90%, I hope it's the correct choice. I can't see it hitting over 12500 again in July at the very least. The traders on trading view mainly suggesting drops to mid 10's 9's or 8's this month before a temporary pullback. Could be a bad week from here on in.

You sold the dip? Noobs. Sigh. my average sell price was 13057. I was expecting a sell off, the alt coins were dumping and i figured this was keeping bitcoin price artificailly high as they are mostly paired to bitcoin. Decided to sell most of my stash. Could be a wrong choice but, I will look at it again next week just think this needs time to cool off a little. Have you already bought back? Don't you think it's time to buy back now? I think we are at the bottom now.

Good for your word? just lol Have you never seen Dragons Den. This is the episode where they all laugh at your ludicrous valuation and point out you don't have anything of value. Or worse the they are offended by your stupidity episode.

It looks like we've just bounced from the double bottom at 10K. Let's go to 11-12K as quickly as possible. P.S. Do you remember, when 5 months earlier some of us thought 3100 wasn't the bottom How would this 10K bottom sounded in our ears then - an impossible dream. So there is absolutely no reason to be unhappy!

This is the episode where they all laugh at your ludicrous valuation and point out you don't have anything of value.
At least the contestants on Dragons Den fully understand the power play: they have no power/money and they have to convince the powerful/rich to fund them.

Do not forget the ignore feature people. It is vital especially in this thread. We need to get back to the days of people sharing ignore lists lol.
The fact that we are at 10500 still with all of the bs proves to me that we have nowhere to go but up.

I was holding a little bit of Bitcoin in my hand, but then I was liquidated,
'I was liquidated' would benefit from further explanation. If you were truly 'holding ... Bitcoin in my hand', you would still have that Bitcoin, no? and then I wanted to cover my losses with alts gains
Always a risky proposition. Sorry for your loss. Truly.

Seems that for now, "bitcoin recovery" means that it stopped dropping, yet I think that there remains a decent amount of optimism regarding bitcoin going up, rather than down, so maybe we will get back into $12k and $13k..., and surely if we can break above $13,880, then our next BIG DEAL price point is going to be to attempt to break above $17,500-ish. Personally, I would not be counting on $20k coming too soon, but you never know about how many folks might be jumping onboard, again, merely based on if we were able to break above $13,880 again.

As per the rules of gentlemanly decorum I hereby take leave of the Wall Observer thread for the next week.
Do try and keep it under 100 pages while I'm gone lads, not looking forward to the catch up.
I am, however, very much looking forward to spending some quality time puttering around the shop with my elderly father.
cheers chaps,

The uncut video of the debate between Nouriel Roubini and Arthur Hayes(Bitmex CEO) had just been released Alright, we had our fun trolling. Special thanks to @Nouriel for nailing his part by melting down over this past week. We couldn't have scripted it better.
Here's the full uncut debate with @CryptoHayes vs @Nouriel with @afneil as referee: https://youtu.be/qlZukhN_C6c https://twitter.com/BitMEXdotcom/status/1150769787435397127
