What's wrong, you're asking? How long has SegWit been active? If the junkie-mumbling from a degenerate like Shellby can raise flags in you, then you need to reconsider your whole life. The garbage that you're worried about has been repeated ad-nausem and there is only one correct answer: The attack DOES NOT EXIST. Anyone who questions it again is intentionally (or not) harming the Core contributors among many other people in the sidelines that actually understand this shit unlike the wanking twat Shellby et. al. Essentially what people are doing with this is similar to asking Sipa (Peter) to debate vaccines causing autism rather than work on the protocol. The mentioned "attack" is probably less relevant to Bitcoin than the "vaccines-cause-autism" debate.

Your comments about "constructed lies" and "attempting to waste valuable time from contributors", are totally a figment of your imagination. I would never post or do such things. My two posts were purely driven by my concerns. I hope you are able to understand and accept it.

OK, let's do this again. The first time I read about this FUD was a few days ago. It got me worried. I trust WO. I posted my concerns here. I got answers. Your last reply, and the replies of others, reassure me that I don't need to worry about this stuff. It's all good, case closed. Why do you have to respond so aggressively? Am I so powerful and important as to be able to harm Core contributors with my questions? If nothing else, this whole discussion benefits those who may have been affected by that FUD. It clears things up and motivates us to dig deeper and understand the protocol, how it works, what's possible and what's not. The truth doesn't fear scrutiny.

While I agree we are likely in for a flaccid season, the nature of the WO has changed utterly since the last Ice Age, so I'd be wary of waiting for total inactivity here as a signal. Certain McGeese will frankly never stop enlightening us and there will always be semis to be raised over hemis and whatnot (jojo69 termed this 'news aggregation'). Proof:

Fair but unsubstantiated. A quick fact-check (since you don't seem to fully understand how things work, which is fine since the supermajority doesn't) with a single search should have lifted it.

There is no discussion to begin with as I've told you. Should we discuss things that can't affect Bitcoin ever in regards to Bitcoin as a serious discussion? Re: harming Core contributors you missed the point. That's the whole goal by Shellby et. al. and they keep winning at it, which just shows why you absolutely should not trust WO as many WO-members initially got worried about it.

Same here. I can't buy SIGNIFICANT amounts though, as my IRL finances are currently not as good as they used to be. Struggling to use my scalping proceeds left on exchanges to do a final buy. Have not pulled the trigger yet. Some leftover limit buy orders are being triggered on the way down though, but other than that I have not manually intervened yet (not cancelled nor entered any new orders).

Anyways, whatever I do, it won't significantly (percentually) change my outcome (the Bitcoin count).

P.S.: In the worst case, if I don't act before, my final decision will probably be around $6.5K.

I think once we get to maybe March we’ll get & stay above $10,000 as the halving should surely get factored in then.

Seriously I can never bear to wait for lower prices. I like to get in and out of my exchanges as quick as possible. Unlike my lovers obviously, where I don't mind leaving my deposit for a good long ... i think i'd better stop
