Just a year ago, or so, we had all kinds of ways that individuals could contact each other to attempt to negotiate a deal to directly transact their bitcoins, and they (we) were using local bitcoin's as a means to accomplish that. But, that avenue has largely dried up in a lot of locations
Hmm. So, "all kinds of ways" = exactly one - namely locabitcoins? Seems that I phrased what I was attempting to say badly, jbreher. So, yeah, you are correct to point out that seeming incorrect interpretation. When I typed that sentence, I was thinking that once that any person was able to make contact through Localbitcoins with another trader then the two parties could negotiate "all kinds of ways" to meet in person.. but you are correct, that is a kind of weird way of thinking about the subject matter and ambiguous way to write it, too, because as you seem to suggest that I seemed to be implying that there were "all kinds of services," that had been available up to a year ago, which I did not intend to proclaim that, even though localbitcoins seemed to have operated in all kinds of locations and were restricted (or voluntary choose) to shut down their cash transaction advertisements in a lot of locations. I have largely been in the USA for the past year, so i have not really witnessed some other places that Localbitcoin's cash transaction advertising services might be still offered. It does seem to have been a pretty BIG damper in a variety of USA locations (meaning all across the USA) from as far as I understand to be the case. Still a sad situation (diminishment of bitcoin liquidity options), no?

Important notice in light of the current challenging times:
Insurance Companies at present are not selling any Travel Insurance. In order to maintain sales, they have come up with Sex Insurance.
“HAVE YOU GOT SEX INSURANCE”? If not, here are a few Insurances that offer various types of cover for the subject in hand. <...>
Getting sex during quarantine time is a problem in the first place. Trending on social media is the "everything works" for girls... picturing anything vaguely resembling a c**k

Well, I just got doxxed pretty big time by a BSVtard on Twitter with zero followers.
I made one small slip up and it cost me.
No point in trying to deny it now. Even if I get this guy's so-far 8 alt accounts banned for whatever, he'll still be back for more, so I might as well own up to it. I have a few theories about who was waiting for me to falter.
Not giving the forum up. Probably just doubling down on researching scammers.
More news to come as it breaks.
Not sure if this is your Twitter mate but if it is; you've been hacked and are now posting pro-BSV shit. If iy's not you then someone is trying to be you https://twitter.com/nutildah/with_replies

Good morning Bitcoinland. Still having trouble getting back up over $7k... currently $6943USD/$9636CAD (Bitcoinaverage). Only a month until the halving though. By then, maybe the Covid-19 infection curve will be flattening and optimism will be returning. Time will tell. Use your head. Stay safe. I hate anti-smoking Nazis. If you want to smoke, smoke. If you don't want to smoke, don't smoke. If you own a bar or restaurant, you should be free to allow smoking or not. The public should be free to choose whether they want to patronize smoking or non-smoking establishments.
Spoken like a true musician. Indeed. Also like a true libertarian. It's true that bars (especially live music bars), and by extension musicians, have been hurt by anti-smoking laws. People used to go out to bars to drink, smoke, listen to live music, meet people, dance, and have a good time. It's not such a good time if they have to interrupt their fun to put on their coats and go stand out in the rain or snow to have a smoke. After a while people realize that it's cheaper and a lot less hassle to simple stay at home with maybe a few friends, not risk DUI charges, and enjoy drinking and smoking without interruptions from the nanny state, even if it means being forced to listen to canned (recorded) instead of fresh (live) music. Before long, bars are closing, musicians and servers are out of work and people are socializing less. Is it any wonder that actual social contact is being replaced by bullshit anti-social networking on the internet? Instead of exercising on the dance floor, people are growing obese sitting at home. Some people have an obedience fetish. They hate choice and free will. In their idea of a perfect world, everything is either obligatory or forbidden. Nothing pleases them more than telling others what to do or being told what to do. Fuck them.

https://cryptobriefing.com/central-banks-recommended-ban-stablecoins/Key Takeaways
-The Financial Stability Board (FSB) outlined ten recommendations to central banks for regulating stablecoins, including outright prohibition.
-The FSB is an international entity that provides suggestions on the global financial system. It comprises central banks and finance ministries from major G20 economies.
-The recommendations are to be presented before an audience of G20 countries, and reference major stablecoins, including USDT, USDC, TUSD, PAX, and DAI.
-Given the market’s heavy reliance on stablecoin, a ban could mean disaster for Bitcoin and the broader cryptocurrency market. 'disaster' lol no the banks just want to issue their own stablecoins
