When Bloomberg looked into how things were going yesterday at 5:15pm, only 110 transactions had been made. By the end of the day, according to crypto tracking platform Dune Analytics, there had only been 40 more. This amounted to less than $75,000 in sales. The platform had 1,120 users at the close of the day. Punters are drying up, that one huge tweet was supposed to go for 48million got a $280 bid. LMFAO Crypto investor Sina Estavi was known to have bought Twitter founder Jack Dorsey’s first-ever tweet NFT for $2.9 million USD last year. Why you're so scared? Bitcoin has high volatility, 10% change in a day is still considered as normal. If you don't want high volatility currencies, just hold your fiat which every year keep losing it's value lol. Bitcoin ever faced 20-30% dump on 2018 in a single day and only strong hands didn't panic at that moment. |

I totally agree with you here. Unfortunately all the noise in the 'Crypto' sphere, I believe, detracts from what bitcoin is trying to become, the new world reserve currency, where you can safely store your value and know that nobody can take that from you. It takes a certain kind of mind to see that and understand the difference from other shitcoins. Average Joe, however, is just trying to make as much FIAT as possible by jumping on to the bandwagon of the latest shiny new "bitcoin killer". When that doesn't work out and they get rekt it leaves a bitter taste which is then associated with anything crypto (I fear I may receive a batslap soon by jjg) related, even bitcoin. It is likely to slow the adoption of bitcoin but I don't believe it will halt it. It just might take longer to get to where we are going. Just a theory though from a pleb that doesn't know much! |
