Article in the NYT today about how the government is making international transfers so difficult for banks that they are simply no longer doing them: http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2014/07/06/immigrants-from-latin-america-and-africa-squeezed-as-banks-curtail-international-money-transfers/Another reason for people to start using BTC. As more and more merchants accept BTC, hopefully people can leave the USD further and further behind. Get paid in USD, convert to BTC, send home, family spends BTC directly on everything they need. Given the rampant inflation in South America, hopefully soon the local supermarkets will start accepting proper hard currency instead of toilet paper that may not be worth anything in a months time!!

So BitchicksHusband was in Vegas this weekend (went to the UFC fight with his brother) and his 70 year old aunt (who lives in Vegas and he stayed at her house) asked to buy several thousand in Bitcoin! Then he took her to lunch today at The D and used the Bitcoin ATM there. Strange things are happening I must say. What happens in Vegas .........

Seriously though, make sure she gives the details for someone, hate to see that lost in a locked wallet.

It's Monday 11:00 am in China and Huobi again has very low volume, like last Monday Jun/30. That time, the lull was suddenly followed by a big rally at 13:00 (05:00 UTC). Will it happen again this Monday?
I expect things to pick up at least a little tomorrow....*fingers crossed* It's feeling increasingly bullish. Looking at the reverse head and shoulders pattern on the chart you would expect resistance at around $650, but if the $640 wall is pulled there will be little resistance. If we go past $650 it will be a strong buy signal imo. We're still on the uptrend imo. We are just getting the rocket fueled.

It looks like we could sky rocket at any moment Few users are claiming this from like half of June? And it didn't happen yet... Well Bitcoin is unpredictable. I think there is no question that it feels as though this is a lot of tension right now that could give way to a major price rise.

Well it would be nice...and about that "low" huobi volume see this pic of 15m charts candle still haven't closed and it's already 1150+ and counting

Comparing the order books of OKCoin and Huobi at this moment, I would think that Huobi's clients (only) are dumping in panic while OKCoin's are just watching. But things may change fast... EDIT: OKCoin joined the panic now?

Note to bears. The market can remain optimistic longer than you can remain solvent Same with the bulls though, no Market can remain pessimistic longer than you can remain solvent.
