Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

Well, you know what they say, “Everythinng that is too much is bad.” Drinking alchohol is not bad as long as you drink moderately. Actually, it is quite good for the heart if I’m not mistaken. Particularly, wine.

Everything in moderation is healthy... Maybe aside from drugs. If i know, drinking different kinds of alcohol improves different part of your body. They say a shot of hard drink, a glass of wine or a bottle of beer a day is actually healthy. Mostly it helps your circulation, metabolism and sleep. Now imagine the damage on your liver if you actually consume a huge amount of alcohol on a daily basis.

Hmmm... that is the difference between a drunkard and someone who drinks moderately. Drunkards are careless about themselves and I have seen them lying unconscious along the roads and public parks. But I would say that they are still better than the drug addicts.

I've never drunk too much alcohol, and with time i've reduced this amount to minimum. Now i can drink 1 beer at a time watching a football game, and do it only with friends. No drinking alcohol alone. I think it is very harmful and it is better to avoid it

when it comes to health for me it is better not to drink why because being continued drinking alcohol can impact many large amount of health problems and personal relationship problems like broken relationship, family problems, lost of jobs and trust, lost of money. when it come to health can cause liver disease, heart related diseases like stroke, nerve damage, ulcer gastritis, liver disease, and the most bad impact of all is sexual problems and cancer.
