Well if its a controlled drinking i dont see any bad effects of it even for a long term. The only ones who are getting health problems are those who are drinking alot on a daily basis.

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

Drinking alcohol is not a bad thing if you can control it or you can manage how or as long as you can limit you drink. I'm not drinking alcohol even if i'm in a correct age but i drink only when there's an occasion and celebration. Drinking is bad for health if you are always drink but you are love drinking alcohol, there's a way to prevent for being bad it for your health. Just do exercise daily, eating healthy foods, drinking a lot of water and take a medicines that fights for alcohol that make you sick.

of course it better to not to drink alcohol because it is bad to our health.when you are a driver dont drink alcohol too much because it is cause accidents.
When you drink alcohol too much it can damage the parts of our brain,affect the ability to learn and to remember.

Not all are suitable in alcohol scientific says that alcohol is good for the kidney but not for everyone if you know that your  body can make it ..it is more good if we have a healthy life style

Moderation is the watch word. but drinking every weekend as you do is not in anyway excessive. One can even rightly argue that drinking a bottle or 2 daily is still within acceptable limit

It is not mandatory to drink 1 glass of alcohol every day and drinking alcohol (even in moderate quantities) doesn't have any health benefits. I have heard that drinking red wine is good for the heart. But apart from that, other drinks such as brandy, whiskey, vodka, gin, rum.etc causes more harm to the human body than good, in any quantity.

Alcohol affects the whole body negatively and can lead to bad consequences. In order to stay alive and healthy as long as possible, I recommend refraining from drinking alcohol

I think the impact of alcohol to us are any kind of bad things you can do.If you drunk for example you can do a things that happens are not good.Alcohol is bad or not bad, if you control this in your self.

Thr problem is that you can't control this yourself when you're already dead drunk. Sometimes you can do things that you normally don't. Some people even become violent when they're drunk. The point is that alcohol needs to be taken in small amounts, if you really can't avoid it. Many lives have been affected negatively by excessive alcohol consumption

Drink alcohol moderately. It's not bad that you drink, it's bad because sometimes you lose temper(not all drinkers).

That's totally right, everything should be all in moderation especially in drinking alcohol we know that by this things it can affect number one our health condition and most commonly trigger was the vital organs which is the lungs itself.

There's a positive a negative impact of drinking alcohol. You should drink it moderately. Having it with your friends after a long week of stress from work is a good thing but you should set limitations. Drinking too much alcohol might lead us to sickness such as liver , kidney and lung cancer. Also, getting drunk and intoxicated might lose your morality for you might nit know what you are doing when you are drunk.

It's actually good for the heart but too much is never good, just drink a little or enough. It maybe good for the heart but not for the brain, yes it can make you very brave but it can also make you insane and stupid when too much.
