Actually if drinking within reasonable limits and not drunk might be okay. But of course alcoholic drinks also contain a lot of sugar that is not good for health.

Beer contains a lot of sugar, and wine also contains some. But other drinks such as vodka and rum contains only small quantities of sugar. Anyway, the amount of sugar which you get from alcohol is much lower when compared to that from other sources, such as tea, coffee and fruit juices. The most damaging ingredient of alcohol is ethyl alcohol and not sugar.

Drinking strongly impacts our health at first. Also it may impact our social connections and other people's comfort, so we should do this very carefully.

Too much alcohol will lead to cirrhosis or scarring of the liver which will lead to death. And if you drink too much alcohol you lose your inhibitions and you might do something you will regret when you get sober. Be careful and mindful. Drink in moderation.

Drinking alcohol can lead to a variety of health issue. Some people who drink heavily may develop a physical and emotional dependency on alcohol, so i suggest that drink moderately. Its not that bad when you just drink occasionally or know your limit.

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?
Harmful is not the substance but its quantity. If you allow yourself alcohol on weekends in a limited amount this will not affect your health

Drinking alcohol, in excess, is not good for our health. It can cause serious threats to our internal organs and could even lead to alcohol dependency and addiction.

In my area, alcoholism is destroying entire families. A lot of children are getting orphaned and the crime rates are increasing as a result of drunken brawls. Even I used to drink earlier, but I gave up drinking as it was affecting my physical as well as mental health.

Drinking is bad at all, just like smoking but people are addicted to it. So it's hard for them to quit drinking.

this is a wise act to stop drinking...you can try to relax wonderfully while remaining in a sober state...I support this

For me it is not just black or white. It is a different if you enjoy a glass of wine with some nice dinner or if you pull on glass vodka after the other to easy emotional struggles with can lead quickly into a downward spiral.

I believe that alcohol should be avoided because it has too many bad consequences, and with its frequent use, even premature death is possible. You need to enjoy life without alcohol and drugs

I'm not drinking alcohol anymore, I've felt pain in my waist while still drinking alcohol, doctors say I have interference with my liver because too much alcohol and I have to be hospitalized.
after I recovered and got home from the hospital, I promised myself not to consume any more alcohol, and I am very grateful that until now my health is getting better without alcohol.

Everyone including myself know that alcohol is not good for the human body and it has a lot of health issues associated with nonetheless we drink it, The best thing to do is take it moderately because when its not alcohol surprisingly has some very good health benefits to its consumers. So its impact can be good and bad depending on the intake.

It is so bad, the impact is not you feel at the moment but the old days. And not only you who feel but your family also feel the impact.

Any thing is great but in moderation. I hear beer is good for your circulation with every 2 glasses of beer a day. Wine is also good for circulation but 1 glass a day will do. Whiskey and other hard hitting drinks aids in digestion but take 1 shot a day after meals. But if you're planning to get wasted everyday then you're looking at liver scarring. Pair that with the occasional meat and basically you're signing your death warrant

As we all know that alcoholic drinks takes a toll on our health, we just should take a look now how alcohol affects our liver and kidneys. These two acts as filters for our body. When these two are damaged, we’re screwed up. The problem is we cant feel any symptoms until these organs are at worst and not functioning properly anymore.
