Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose?

Currently I'm not saving any but back in the day I tried it and saved a bunch of coins for a few months and profited a crazy amount of money, before cashing out! I would probably do the same in the future!

Yes, I encourage you, To save a huge amount of bitcoin. And not just cashout it when the price increase a bit high. You can cash out a part of them, but it's nice when you save a half of you money in bitcoin. because I think that bitcoin price increase more in the end of this year, In general in the future.

Well its good that with bitcoin you could able to buy extra thing that you cant do in the money with your regular job and its nice to hear this thing but considering the appreciation value of bitcoin in longer runs if i were you better to sacrifice on saving it rather than on actively spending it because for sure it would pays you off for your patience and sacrifices on saving it.

Except little gambling, and learning trading I don`t have expenses, majority of my income is kept in safe wallet. I don`t know do I save for future, or until I come to some amount enough big for some serious investments ( by that I mean $1000 + ). Im saving bitcoin for the purpose of maximizing my financial status. The use of it may be on primary or secondary use which also include the miscellaneous things. Right now since I have my day job, it's really a wiser way for me to just saved my bitcoin and use my fiat earnings to take care of my regular spendings.

And since Im looking forward in bitcoin by long term purposes, it's really making sense if I will just use my bitcoin whenever I needed it.

I prefer saving bitcoin just like you and the main purpose behind my saving is for the future. I am positive about bitcoin and I am sure bitcoin price will be sky high within the next 5 years. It may go up to a certain level which we are not able to think today. So with this hope, I am saving bitcoin and not investing it anywhere apart from trading.

I have a dream of buying something luxurious for myself and family in future and I am sure that my bitcoin savings will definitely help me to reach that dream and make it a reality. I save bitcoin for future. Especially for my own needs in the future and so that I can help with my parent's in the future. I could start a job and use the earnings to help for my family and sometimes I can use it to buy some things I want. And I can use it to invest in some investment so that even I use it, it will earn and it will not be lost and be good.

Considering that 1 bitcoin is worth 1200 dollars i really doubt anyone would save for fun thise value, its very hard to save any ammount of bitcoin with soo many opportunities to invest and promotions being made at some websites.

At the moment I'm saving for fun. I like to try new things and bitcoin is one of those things. I have my money froze in some properties and thought putting it in a virtual currency that grows a couple percent a year was a good move. Eventually I'd like to do something crazy in life like selling everything and taking a trip around the world on a boat, we'll see.

Well the future is now, better buy some down again and don't wait until it skyrockets to $10k before you start being rueful for selling them or for not buying earlier.

It all depends on how deep your pockets are. In some cases 10 BTC currently worth $12.470 is play/fun/pocket money for certain people, while for another person even 0.10 BTC currently worth $124 is a serious amount of money. Different people means different levels of wealth. But in greater lines I do agree that investing isn't something you do for fun. It's a serious practice as the risks should not be underestimated.

Right now, I have following strategy or plan.
Part of bitcoin funds I collecting in my wallet and other part I investing in my online v+businesses.
So, I count on bitcoin price increase but don't like idea to have all eyes in one basket.
So, part of funds I also invest in other project.

While you can do whatever you want with your bitcoin then if possible you need to try to save some of that bitcoin, since bitcoin may skyrocket, and even if it does not the chances of earning a good profit after some time is very high.

i think bitcoin is a currency and it can only be save for investment and not for making fun and enjoyment, i already have invested a lot of money in bitcoin for making a good profit if the price of bitcoin goes more and more high.

unfortunately whereas bitcoin has a bright future and profitable. I think it would not hurt to set aside a little satoshi you get and store them on a regular basis it will not harm you even will make you profit?

I am saving bitcoin for my future, as an investment. Though I am also spending some of it for leisure or gadgets, I am keeping a part of it for my future. It is not a large amount of bitcoin, but I am adding some more whenever I can.  In time it will be large enough so I can start a business or something that can secure my future.

This is what most of us are thinking in saving. But it's not that bad if we are going to save for future and entertainment on the side of it. Of course if you need to take sometime for stress relieving then you just need to use your saved bitcoins for it. It's not that bad to have some entertainment as long as you will pull on your own pocket.
