Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose?

In my own case, I save bitcoin for both purpose but for fun is not what I do because I see bitcoin as money and earning it as real work which is to complement my daily work that I do and collect payment at the end of the month. In the case of saving bitcoin, then I wait to a particular time after I had gathered since I cannot be converting to Fiat every now and then. For future sake, out of the ones I convert, I still keep some for period of emergency.

Bitcoin is the future of the world economy and im saving bitcoin for my family's secured future.But im not able to save bitcoins fully in my wallet and i have to spend a little bit of bitcoin with half heart to meet my expenses.

Opinions are really different but mostly of them are just the same which they treat it as both things which i also include myself since i do save it for fun and investment,many bitcoin users are believing that bitcoin could able to make them rich in the future.

The majority of the people hold amounts far lower than 0.5BTC, which is only going to be lower as the price continues to increase. How will people get rich from such an insignificant amount (insignificant in relation to the goal)? Also, most of the people won't just hold their coins endlessly as they will secure profits from time to time. There is no get rich dream anymore that you can look forward to, unless you have a massive initial capital to start working with. Realistic target for people should be to use Bitcoin as a tool that will help them to increase their wealth, and avoid being subject to all sorts of economical situations that will affect your non Bitcoin wealth.

You can not really take lightly on how people earn bitcoin everyday, for me the fun part in bitcoin are earning and converting it to fiat, but if the value goes up that is when my worries in not getting any profit will be gone, actually you can really done both at the same time for the future of your family and your self, and having fun at the same time never felt this good.

Yes it may drop as the time goes by, but then do not lose your patience, it is all what we need to grow our saved coin because in few years time it might be doubled or tripled amount, who knows. Although we cannot predict future but we can say that bitcoin value will rise for sure .

The news and updates about bitcoin will be the one that indicate if that process will be shorter or longer. What makes you say that? Do you always use your bitcoins like you always empty your wallet everytime you got your income? Saving for the future is not that hard . Like what the word says "future" it means that you have a long time frame . No mater how small the amount you're saving every week it will make a difference in the future . Save it my friend cause you have no reason not to  . I think saving for fun is when you save just for amusement like even if bitcoins g down you don't really care cause you don't take it seriously but looking at OP's when he exampled in saving for fun is travelling, I think it means saving for something that you can get without a long time period and it will certainly not affect ones future, example is saving for a smartphone .

I just save a few on my wallet for future purpose like if I decided to go on trading or use it as an investment or maybe have fun and play on on-line casino or buy something online. Or just save it because that the more you save the more options you have on your bitcoin. Like for example, you want to buy something in the future then you will use bitcoin as the means for saving, then withdraw if you have enough to cover the items you want to buy. The act of saving is, in its very nature, an act of keeping a portion of your wealth for future use, it does not matter the reason why you are saving it or even if you don't have a reason at all, having savings allows you to get out of trouble or to enjoy some expensive luxury.

well yeah, it might be beneficial if the price is going to keep on growing over time, but it wouldn't be good if you do it too much, because you shouldn't forget that bitcoin is still pretty new.

Like if you are asking for my personal opinion / response about bitcoin then I earn bitcoins or I use bitcoins just for fun purpose. Like I earn them through signature Campaigns and then use them to buy ingame items . Whereas some people keep earning bitcoin and then wait for the prices to go up then sell bitcoins and use a part of that money to buy more bitcoins when the prices are up again. This way they keep earning , but the only thing is that that need a lot of patience for that.

I do not think that preservation can be harmful. Everyone before the purchase of bitcoin thinks about further actions. Some buy it as a long-term investment, and some for fun. For me, buying a bitcoin is an investment

I might change my mind later, but for now I save our bitcoins mainly for three reasons. The first one is because I believe that the price will rise in the near future so If I need urgent fiat money I will convert it and, I have the expectation, that I will have a good profit. The second is, because I have a little faith in fiat although I live in Europe and I use the euro. I feel in the future cryptos and especially the bitcoin will have more value than any fiat currency. Last one I want to get around abroad for fun. So I will find out if I can use it in some places worldwide without the need to convert from one fiat to another in countries which I will visit.

Well , when the price of bitcoin in very low rates i always buy it with fun pupose as i hope it will bounce back.
So i just buy it quite a lot and see what will happened later after my action.
And when the price of bitcoin is so high such as current situation , i take it seriously too , as it is involving huge value.
