Risk is always accompanied with bitcoin as well digital currencies. But no one tends to take such a big risk by investing everything into bitcoin. Diversifying the assets is quite good and I make investment in a 20:30:50 ratio where 20% for other digital currencies, 30% for gold and the remaining 50% on bitcoin.

its not a good idea to go all in on 1 thing no matter how good it looks or how much potential it can have. its always better to diversify. Right now my portfolio is 50% BTC, 25%eth, and 25% XCR. I dont have that much money but I am looking for Altcoins with high potential to put money into.

Investing is not bad but putting all the money would be risky. There are so many what ifs to occur such as emergency situation in the family, daily commodities, get together plan for the family and the like. It's better if you give 25% for the first trial of your money to be invested for bitcoin and if there's progress, then invest half of your money to it. But it's difficult to invest all as mentioned above.

I will not suggest putting your much needed money in bitcoin. You must have some spare money for the emrgency purpose. Becasue we don't know what problem we will face in our life. So solve that issue we need money, bitcoins will never solve our real life problems. So I will tell you if you have any extra money in savings or banks that you don't require for a long time. That money you can invest in bitcoins and make a profit.

Investment rules, never put all your money to invest in somewhere because that would freeze our money and limit our capital, sometimes we will encounter potential projects and if we put all of our money into bitcoin, we will not have money for those projects. Normally, I always put about 80% of my assets into bitcoin and keep 20% for the altcoin, that helps me to make long term profit by bitcoin and also have the money to short-term investments. it's always a better idea to divide your investments and not to inly one. That way you're safe if anything happens to your other investments. I like the idea of 70%/30% btc -  altcoib ration though for me i think halving it would not be a bad idea as well as your btc will grow when your alt coins grow.

It is simple.
Don't put everything in just one investment.
It is not just bitcoin that is out there. You dont want to be sleeping in the streets after a huge breakdown.
Save something for yourself. You dont even need to save it to the banks just keeping it in a safe place would do good. You could also get what you profited from bitcoin trading then keep it.

to me i have invested about 75% of my assets in bitcoin, although i am fully confident about bitcoin that bitcoin can really give me a good proft in a short period of time but still i will like to save some money, because no one know about the future, and  i feel need for money so that i can fulfill all my needs from the saved amount and therefore i always like to save some money in cash.

I put only around 10% of my funds into bitcoin. I think Bitcoin has potential to grow in the future but I would rather invest in altcoins that show high potential and hold them until they get pumped up 100x. There is just more profit potential with altcoins than bitcoin, or other already established coins.

I think that you take much risk about your funds, 75% funds you invest in bitcoin that is very risky because the price of bitcoin is always up and down if the price of bitcoin decrease your all fund is going to loss, I mean that you need to invest 30 or 35% so when the price is decrease you will not going to much loss.
