Ethereum is doing a fork to add more innovative features. DASH too are sleeplessly trying things out. Bitcoin has seen the need to improve things as well. There are many coins doing or working on new ideas to make their coins gets the attention they feel it deserves.

I believe we will get to that level in due time. But all these coins have a vibrant and effective board and technical teams behind them. Something we clearly lacked.

Apart from a few exceptions, most coins took time to climb the market.
I agree with you, we lack marketing. It is one of the reasons (besides others) for which we need a STRONG Investment Fund to fill the shortage of qualified people in marketing. Already my mouth hurts as I tried to encourage people to participate in this action, but unfortunately, most are only interested in their own pocket, not realizing that a pocket full of worthless coins is just like an empty pocket. TIF (has had and) has a precise purpose that could revive XVP, but for now it's a failed project. Unless people finally wake up...
