Yes , because holding will assured a good profit rather than selling you may only have to panic buying or selling because of the price up and down .Some of my friends sold when it is at $1300 price and they regret because it reach more than $1500 this days.

I also keep my bitcoins. Despite the fact that I was already ready to sell for 1400 dollars. Then I read the news, analysis of some people and decided to wait. I'm sure that in a few months the price will be above $ 2,000

I think that that currently, we are having the best moment to sell our bitcoins.
Obviously, the price was slighlty higher than now, because in the moment of typing this one bitcoin is worth about 1530 $.
Many people could witness that bitcoin value was even higher than 1600$ for some time. That is a really big rise, and i think that the best option is to sell at least the part of bitcoins to stay safe with the fiat for the further investments.

I also expect some kind of correction, a downfall at pricechart until 1400 USD per bitcoin, or even 1300. With that moment, buying may still be a good opportunity.

Yes the prices are no doubt high but still the change can be notice at various time of the day the price fluctuates $35 to $40. You can find an edge for yourself even in the current situation. Also this time is considered good as well for the investment because of the price graph which is going upwards every next day.

the trend of bitcoin is still increasing and hope that this trend will continue for a long time tell the price of bitcoin will reach to 2500 USD. i think bitcoin can even cover that distance in few months, may  be before ending 2017 bitcoin price will already touch 2500 USD level. therefore i will also like to hold bitcoin till the time when the price of bitcoin cross 2500 USD level.

I always go for hold to get the benefits of the highest possible profit I can get with Bitcoin and can be considered as investment.  But if you are looking for day trading, it is always the incoming news and rumors being spread around as my indicator of selling or buying Bitcoin.   Timing is quite hard but it can be easier if we set range profit to trigger buying and selling Bitcoins.  So it depends on what is one person's ideal, i go around for at least 10% earnings.

Well said, Defining both choices you want to made is the best way to choose. Thinking both scenarios may help you on decision making. As a trader and a former investor on bitcoin I am setting my goals to earn and for me the best way to earn is by finding a way to earn more. And holding bitcoin is an investment itself because we all know that its price is always changing as it is dependent to the demand of bitcoin. It also follow the law of price and demand so if we all continue the support on bitcoin the better decision to choose is to hold bitcoin until its price pump and increased.

Selling bitcoin is now the same as reaching big profits. The price is amazing, when else we will get the condition of bitcoin price as it is today.

My approache to the hold /sell process is about trying to be calm and rational, define a strategy and try to hold on to it without emotional changes.
I have a stash of coins for long term hold and a small stash of coins to trade. the one i trade are essentially  for day trading and i take out profits as low as 1% to try and reduce the possibility of going to bed with bad coins that could never recover again. It´s been working so far overall, but some bags are stashed as well.

Yes, you're right. If he sell altcoins in a very short period of time, it means only that he is afraid to his money to lose even he gets only a small profit. For me, its better to hold altcoin because I know there would a lot of surprises of price that make you shock and sometime it will make your money multiple.

Hold is a good choice, mined or traded far more profitable. Bitcoin prices will continue to rise. It is unfortunate if have to hurry to sell now.

That is difficult to predict. I would hold the bitcoin, if many of us hold it for the longer term and don't sell it , then maybe the price will continue to rise and this may not be a bubble. After a bubble if it happens it is always the price correction so we may see it up again. Selling now is not necessary unless you are dying of hunger which I think many of us aren't.

yes if you are holding bitcoin from a low price and if you are going to sell your bitcoin and secure some profit then it is a good decision. and if you still want to hold your bitcoin it is also good because the price of bitcoin can go further high.

There are some traders always go for the short term trading due to they can easy get bitcoin profit, though its risky. But for me I I will go hold the coins in s long term basis to get more benefit although it will take a long time before we reach the peak level, if you know that you already get profit 10% to 1000% profit its up to you if you want to sell your hold coins.

Holding up until bitcoin prices reach $ 1600 is a good plan. But we still can not predict with certainty if bitcoin price will rise or not. All we can do is wait. But seen for now, bitcoin prices tend to rise, so maybe in the near future, the price can get to that point.
