The Tor relay-node is not a browser. These guys here mixed source of a TOR-relay-node with a coin. Why should you get rewards for using a browser in the first place?
when you run a browser your reward is the ability to surf the web through relay nodes.

the project leader has no clue about how tor works and cannot answer this question (which is quite important unless this coin is like megacoin).

also in the previous discussion there has been talks about the dev not knowing how proxies work etc.

such coins are so bad for crypto.
