Will he seek his luck back in the EPL when he has failed several times at several clubs there? I think this is too difficult especially with the price which is likely to be a little higher.
Indeed, in this case the current Tottenham coach Conte has a special affinity with Lukaku but I don't think he will be able to develop in the EPL because even with good conditions he could not develop at several clubs before, especially now with his performance declining.

Even if Lukaku decides to return to the English Premier League I think he shouldn't go to Tottenham. Newcastle would be a great choice for him on the other hand.

The reason why I think like this is that Tottenham already have Kane in the centre-forward position. It is like very difficult for nearly any striker to replace Kane in the team. I'm saying this considering that Lukaku would like to be a part of the starting eleven. Tottenham is not the right place for him about it. But Newcastle would be a favorable choice because he would easily play as their main striker there. Newcastle are already in search of strengthening their squad in every way so this would be nice for them.

Chelsea is having a very big problem and they can only be better after this season. I have not lost hope in Potter. I know Chelsea will have a better team with the kind of transfers they are signing now. It only takes patience and trust to believe the system and have trust till things are better. For Everton maybe it's a little different because even though he's still in the EPL he's not being demanded much more especially with his not too many schedules but for big clubs it's definitely different.
At the moment Tottenham might still be able to with Conte's presence there but things like this won't go well either because Tottenham can also be said to be one of the big clubs and has always been a dark horse in the EPL so it seems difficult for Lukaku here.

It is very shameful for Chelsea to have all this players and still no better performance and they continue to sign in more players.  Can all this players participate in every game, not possible.  Some players most times will be on the bench and it can affect skills of players always sitting on bench.

 I don't think is a shame to say, Chelsea is one of the best clubs in England but what they're going through now will be a thing of the past because when you're desperate to get results you might get nothing but failure and disappointment, they want quick result which is coming from the owner but that's not how to get positive result in football. They're struggling with injuries and they're still getting in more players, is good to get in more players but the question is can you manage them when the time comes?
 The manager knows best on how to control the team, is best to sell some players that ain't productive instead of keeping good players on the bench the best thing is to make a change by removing those ones that are more than 30yrs plus (the ones that are not doing well). By bringing fresh legs into squad they might make it to top 6.

I think in this case no one will think of Chelsea as a small team because regardless of anything they are still a big team in the EPL but what is highlighted here is not the small or big team but about their current performance.
They are a big team but until now they haven't made themselves big in terms of their current form.
Especially now that they will try to hijack the players Arsenal want again and at high prices. Obviously this is another rush for them especially they already have so many midfield players now.
Their actions this season have been very sloppy but they don't seem to care much about that.

I think Youri Tielemans is a potential midfielder. Moreover, he is still 25 years old, so he still has time to improve. Joining a big team like Man United would be a great step for Youri Tielemans, at least he will be motivated to push himself to be even better because obviously, it is not easy to get a place in the first team, and Tielemans should put effort into it.

Arsenal is also reportedly interested in signing Tielemans and for that, Man United must move quickly if they don't want their targets to be taken over by other teams.

Chelsea is just buying players right now. And I hardly think that they actually care about future performance. They just want to bring players into the squad. But they are not getting the performance that they should get or that the fans are expecting.

Chelsea is having a very big problem and they can only be better after this season. I have not lost hope in Potter. No manager worth his salt would lose this much with a team like this. It doesn't matter about chemistry, it doesn't matter about tactics or system or anything like that. He was given a team that is much much better than Tuchel had and still getting terrible results. It was always a terrible decision to fire Tuchel, but we are seeing they weren't ready with another manager neither.

I hope that he gets fired by the end of the season or maybe even earlier and they use an interim one, so they could end up with doing something much better later on with a much better manager. Mourinho is said to be considered but not sure if that will work better for them or not.

Lukaku is not known for his pace. He is much more popular because he has great physicality and he is someone who has great finishing, including the header. We know that the English Premier League is very fast-paced. And I believe that is why Lukaku is not being able to perform well in the English Premier League. I mean he wasn't able to. He came in with these expectations for the English Premier League. But he wasn't able to deliver. I think he's going to be able to play better in the Italian league or any other League where the pace is not as important as the English Premier League.

I hope Youri Tielemans picks the red devils just imagine the midfield we would have. It would be the best in the league even better then Manchester City and I think we will see a signing up front too. Lukaku is still a player that is highly coveted by several big European teams, even though this season, in my opinion, Lukaku has not found his best form at Inter Milan after he missed many matches at Inter Milan due to an injury that happened to him. But he became a trending topic in the summer window because apart from Tottenham interest in him, the names Newcastle United, Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich and Juventus were rumored to be interested in signing Lukaku.

However, I think Chelsea is better to look for another midfielder if they must spend €120m. With that huge money, they can get 2 top midfielders.

Youri Tielemans is a good option, he is a strong and skillful player. But he is the main player of Leicester City, I assume it will be difficult to negotiate with Leicester management to release him. I'm very surprised with the news that Cancelo is joining Bayern Munich on loan. Because there is no meaning in Manchester City to let one of their crucial players go so easily. I know that they have Sergio Gomez as an alternative left-back but it is still not a sensible move. Cancelo has been one of the key players in defense. He has been more like a offensive back actually and he has scored lovely goals in addition to his contribution with his passes. This is going to be a very favourable deal for Bayern Munich and they have an option to buy him also.

I think they even wanted a performance boost but it was too hasty. Even though the price of 100 million seems to be something that is quite common now, it is still a lot of money to buy 1 player who is still not sure that his performance will be good at Chelsea.

Yeah , reported by fabrizio romano as well ...  that chelsea open talks to sell jorginho as chelsea confident will get the enzo fernandez deal done in the next hours. This is a very win win situation for chelsea , getting some fee from jorginho transfer rather than waiting for his contract ended in 6 months.

I heard that arsenal is very close to signing him as a new player from Chelsea. Arsenal used jorginho as a new option for caicedo once birhgton was still reluctant to let caicedo leave from the club. Arsenal has a very short time to think about that. i meant the deadline to sign jorginho is very short and he has 6 months contract remaining with Chelsea. Chelsea will not let him go with small fees too. I hope that jorginho will be moving to the arsenal. I prefer to see new midfielder in the club rather than him. Kante is also coming back soon from his injury
