But as a football fan, I don't find it right to pay that much. Football is slowly shifting eastward from Europe and there's not much to stop it. It looks like this will be a meeting that results in an agreement, because as you said the time is getting closer for the leagues to return to work and both players and clubs need certainty to start preparing for the main match. If a swap is reached Chelsea will benefit more in my opinion because Dusan Vlahovic is younger and if he can adapt well in the English Premier League with Chelsea then he can make a big contribution to the club, and Chelsea feel they are not having enough strikers at the moment.

Since last season, maybe we have rarely seen Ante Rebic get minutes to play at Milan and his move this time to Besiktas has strengthened his choice to leave. I don't think Ante Rebic is too bad but he has also lost out to other Milan players since last season. The blues seems to change its mind about this deal. It will become a win win situation for chelsea and juventus. These clubs will get the strikers what they wanted. Lukaku is gonna replace vlahovic and otherwise vlahovic goes to the chelsea.
As stated by allegri if vlahovic is not suitable for juventus's play style. The rationale behind allegri wanting to exchange vlahovic for Lukaku is because he feels that Lukaku's playing style is more suitable for the Juventus team's style of play compared with vlahovic. Despite helping Inter Milan reach the UCL final last season, Lukaku has lost the respect of the team and its supporters. at least Liverpool benefited from Al Ittihad offer to sign Fabinho because this player was not very popular and did not perform well last season so it was the right decision for Liverpool to sell him to the saudi arabia team to make a profit and buy new players with a younger age and have good quality compared to Fabinho.

Juventus is still struggling in selling vlahovic to another club. It was forcing the club to make a swap deal with chelsea. Chelsea has been waiting for juventus to sell vlahovic first and juventus will be able to use money raised from selling vlahovic to buy lukaku.

So many offers were coming from the various clubs for vlahovic but the problem is these offers were still very far from what already wanted by juventus. That's why juventus and chelsea tried to get an alternative way for that.

I am very much happy for Fabinho. If not for this news, I had thought that Fabinho will still remain with Liverpool. He is among such silent bulldozers of the club such as Mane. I know Fabinho will be missed in Liverpool midfield. But then Arab will give him more financial comfort.
