Rumor is just a rumor unless if it's come from a teusted source like the well known fabrizio romano. It is difficult for MU to bring De Jong with the many terms and the amount of price given.
Even though De Jong is a great player, it's still not worth it with the many requirements given.
Looking for other alternatives I think is quite good and Milinkovic Savic is not too bad in my opinion because indeed he is also playing quite brilliantly with Lazio but this will definitely cost a lot.
