Marcelo Brozović is a very fine defensive midfielder. I got to see a glimpse of his quality in the champions league final against Manchester City, and he would certainly be a great signing to any club. It won't be a bad idea if he continues his football in europe. He was signed from Dinamo Zagrab at 22 and has spent 8 years in Inter Milan where he won the 1 seria A, 2 coppa Italia and 2 Supercoppa Italiana, and maybe it is time to test another league. The english premier league or spanish la liga are fine but I don't think it time to go to Saudi Arabia.

I would actually say that, even if Arsenal does end up buying Romeo Lavia, they should still keep Partey. I think it will be better for Arsenal if he stays for at least one more season as you say. And at the same time, if they bring in Romeo Lavia, it is going to give Romeo some experience with the squad. Romeo will also feel that he will need to perform otherwise there are other players who will be taking his spot.

I would also say that they should keep Partey. Going for Declan Rice and spending more than a hundred million does not make sense at all. They will get a better player for that price. At least when we are thinking about value for money.

Manchester City made the right decision if they wanted to keep Kyle Walker with a contract extension and it looks like talks are currently underway between the two parties. In my opinion, even though Kyle Walker is quite old, his experience as a cover for Manchester City players will still be useful and therefore of course Pep Guardiola wants his services to remain available for another two seasons with Manchester City. Walker is a good defender even though he's lazy, he can't play in inverted full back position because it will drain his stamina. But if he's going to fight one on one with opponent player, Walker mostly win, just like how he destroy Vinicius Jr.

They look like they are focused on sending players who aren't useful anymore on one hand. Milner was one of them and he has just been signed by Brighton on a free transfer. I understand Oxlade-Chamberlain's situation. I believe it is the right decision for him. However I still don't understand why Firmino is being released now. Because there are only 2 natural centre-forwards in the squad and they are sending one of them away now. If they have plans to fill his place nicely then okay. Otherwise it doesn't look good to me.

I think they are aiming at getting some pure strikers, Firmino wasn't a pure striker, he was a forward but he wasn't like goal-first mentality player. The football world is evolving around that idea nowadays, there needs to be at least one guy who is chasing goals, and they want to get that. They have one already that keeps on failing, they may get another that would actually be good.

Firmino hasn't been playing at Liverpool recently as we all know, so there is no reason to keep him, dude could leave and he could find himself a starting position somewhere else, he is good enough to be the forward of many clubs and this is why they let him go, he deserves to play, he is not deserving of a bench role, hence he should be let go to find a place he can play.

Despite Arsenal’s interest in getting Declan Rice on their side this summer I still expect that they have someone also good enough to be coming in from the bench as a substitute for Declan Rice and I believe Thomas Partey can come be that player. One major problem Arsenal faced in title chase was not having sufficient backup for their best players, so when fatigue and injuries came, the performance of the team dropped. I hope they can fix this problem this summer.

English star Kyle Walker is one of the mainstays of Manchester City's defence. It would not be wrong to call Kyle Walker Manchester City's best defender. Manchester City have been able to achieve so much success this season by looking to strengthen their defence. The idea that he will lose his form now that he is 33 years old is completely wrong. He may stay at Manchester City for a few more seasons.
