~Snipped.

we will see what Mason Mount will do in manchester unite in the next season that will start this August

In my opinion... Not so much.  I honestly think Man Utd are just buying players they don't need. I've discussed the signing with some Man Utd fans and they all seem excited for his arrival, I don't see what they see in him. August is just around the corner, I hope their transfer market business reaps rewards for them. Like you already said, They already have plenty of players that Mount will contend with and probably need a striker that would work with Rashford to lead their attack. Also, the transfer fee is high but Mount is an English player. No surprises there. This makes me remember when they wanted to sign Maguire in 2019.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United have a deal for Mason Mount with Chelsea for 60mil

The deal it’s done weeks ago

After 3 previous offers were rejected, Manchester United finally had a meeting point with Chelsea regarding Mount, which was indeed only 5 million different from the previous offer.
60 million with details of 55 million release clauses and 5 million bonuses it seems that Chelsea did not want to negotiate too long and immediately agreed to this.

But indeed I have predicted this because sooner or later it will eventually reach an agreement the same as West ham and Arsenal regarding Rice.

Now that Mount, Manchester United, I think I have to be prepared with another transfer because, seeing from the current condition, the defense still needs to be fixed.

QIt would be better to be at Arsenal than Chelsea, Kai Havertz has chosen the best team this season (despite not getting the EPL trophy) because Arsenal have been quite great in the previous season and Kai can show his best performance in the team now.

I assume it is Chelsea's failure they are back chattering so many players in this transfer season.
Havertz can become a very good player for Arsenal like Leandro Trossard who immediately became an important member of Arsenal team. I noticed that the Arsenal coach is targeting players who are versatile and can play in several roles depending on where the coach fixes them to play. Havertz is that kind of player, so also is Declan Rice who has also joined Arsenal. Arsenal will play in many competitions next season, so it is important for the coach to begin to prepare a flexible and adjustable team that will maintain a consistent performance in all competitions.
The advantage with having Havertz at the moment for Arsenal is that he can play flexibly because with him in the squad, Arteta can change several schemes which I think is possible because Havertz can also be placed as a midfielder, second striker or even a targetman just like when he did at Chelsea.
This will certainly be a plus and could be an answer when several players are injured which is not as expected as when Gabriel left for a long time like this season.
On the other hand, with Rice now it looks like the midfield will also have some strength improvements for Arsenal but their problem is still in the mentality at the moment, hopefully the mentality of these young players will get better next season because after all this season the problem is still the same with performance rising rapidly and descending rapidly as well.

I had a whiff of something about De Gea taking a deep cut in his wages a while ago and something like that. It really must be tough for him as United are now making things hard for De Gea to agree on a contract extension if it is actually true. Surely must feel bad when club is turning back on the goalkeeper who served them long.
Well I suspect that Manchester United want to complicate the contract extension but verbally they have to want it from De Gea's part to resign so there is no impression where Manchester United to refuse because he is a loyal goalkeeper but in the end it is not sweet what is in feel De Gea.

In my opinion, it must not be an issue when it wasn't when they got Antony and Sancho. Since it will be a bidding war with Bayern if *United* joins, United might want to speed up the negotiations if they really seek the player. Kane is perfect striker and he will score goals wherever he will go. As for United, they will need to switch some positions for Kane to fit in but I feel like if he joins United then they will have the missing block puzzle in the squad.
I know that these two players are getting a high price from Manchester United, especially Antony, who is close to 100 million, I think this is not an obstacle for them if they still want him, you are also right where the negotiation process can be faster before Bayern Munich can increase the offer that Spurs want, regarding the goalscorer I have no doubt, Harry Kane, he has always been a good spearhead when at Spurs.

After last season on loan at Manchester United, now Barcelona are rumored to be interested in bringing in Marcel Sabitzer in the summer. It seems that Bayern Munich will be quite happy if Barcelona wants to make an offer for this midfielder, considering that his performances with Manchester United during the last half of the season were very good. I don't know why Manchester United didn't want to make him permanent, even though his performances have often been the key to Manchester United winning in all competitions.

On the other hand, it seems that Barcelona are interested in signing him so that their midfield will get stronger later and we know that the midfielder options at Barcelona are lacking at the moment. Does Barcelona want to spend this time? considering that their financial problems are not yet fully stable and they need to get new players to compete with other teams next season.
I dont think he will come back to Bayern Munich. He is not really a topic in munich in the last 2 years and there are better players in the team on his position. Maybe he goes back to austria, to his home country. He also has a chance in germany, but likely in a club in the top 5-10. In england he scored one goal in 11 games, it is not a very good rating.

The players that Chelsea brought in last season were just a waste of money, because the new players who arrived did not give a new color to the game from Chelsea. Building a foundation from the start has to be done, if they want a solid foundation, because I can see that now they have no vision of how they want to play and we will see the results from how they felt in the past season. The arrival of a new coach must be followed by a squad overhaul because the coach must have his own criteria about the players he really needs. I think we will see some big changes that Chelsea will make to navigate the 2023/2024 season.
Coach Pochettino is trying to put things in order for the club, by selling out players he doesn't need, just to give chance for the younger stars they brought last season. The club management was the reason they had  backward season, and if the right things is not being done, they might struggle this season again. Regardless how experienced Pochettino is, he needs time to set this club to winning way, it will take time , but pochettino will succeed at chelsea.
But some of them actually I think are still quite good like Havertz and now Mount which is definitely given to a rival club which of course this could be a problem for them next season.
Talking about time it will definitely take time but at least for now it is for Pochettino to make their squad better and not as chaotic as last season.
Now Mendy is gone and this means Kepa will also be filling in for their goalkeeper again next season.
He is still very good, it's just that sometimes his performance is also erratic so in this case there needs to be some improvement on the defense as well because this can minimize Kepa making mistakes.

That was expected since Manchester United are willing to reinforce the team and Chelsea aren't against letting him go to rebuild their teams, nevertheless, Chelsea suffer a lot of departure and management will have hard time concentrating on main squad in addition to finding good substitutes.

Yes, there is finally an agreement between two sides for 60 million pounds. I'm not surprised with Mount's departure because Chelsea weren't much keen on keeping Mount for more years. Mount was eager to stay as long as he got the kind of contract he would like. Chelsea didn't give that to him and it has ended up like this as a result.

Mount is a talented midfielder no matter what. Maybe his peformance this season wasn't impressive but it wasn't so different for the rest of Chelsea players also. I think this will be a beneficial transfer for Manchester United attacking line.

However there are more urgent transfers needed for Manchester United actually. Signing a striker is really important considering the Champions League too.

This transfer is difficult in my opinion, but it can still be pursued by Barcelona if they manage to sell one or two of their current players.

Of course Barcelona is still having trouble solving its financial problems, but they are still focused on improving the quality of the team. But in my opinion, Marcel Sabitzer is not very good for Barcelona even if he is not very expensive. Xavi must be able to convince himself that he already has a good midfielder next season and just needs to maximize his midfield abilities. There's no rush to bring in a lot of players, but he needs to improve the quality of the existing players.

Chelsea is a huge team with a winning record; we don't need the CL to recruit good players; we can sign anyone who fits our system.
For now though this is still possible but I think this is still too far.
We know Chelsea's condition is currently in a very apprehensive state with so many players piling up and not being very useful in the squad.
Kovavic is actually a pretty good player with the determination he has, it's just that when Potter and Lampard were around he barely got a chance to play.
On the other hand, for Havertz, if I'm not mistaken, in a number of games this season, he actually has an important role for Chelsea when they have a game they can't win. He can always make changes, whether it's for a winning goal or a draw.
In fact, I still feel that releasing them too hastily in the transfer this time is a bit detrimental and profitable for Manchester City and Arsenal.

At the moment there is news that Mount has also officially become the property of Manchester United and that means that about 4 of their midfielders have left now after Kante, Kovavic, Havertz and Mount.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United have a deal for Mason Mount with Chelsea for 60mil

The deal it’s done weeks ago

Strange deal this one in my opinion. I really don’t think he’s that good. Maybe they think it’s good to have anotger homegrown player due to the rules around having a certain amount of English players in the squad.

I just don’t think he’s a great player, maybe the takeover isn’t as close as we’re led to believe because surely if Qatari owners with deep pockets were coming then better players would be targeted.

They are going to be pretty upset, if the takeover happened early, that would have resulted with Kim maybe getting a lot more money offered by United and would have been easier to get him. I am not saying they would have offered 20 million a year, but at least 12-15 range would have been possible, and that is a normal price for a future star of Uniteds defense if you ask me.

That's a good point, I agree with you on that. At least they could manage to give him the annual fee they paid Harry Maguire. Manchester United's offensive players have a good standard. Rashford, Antony are good offensive players. But their defenders are slightly below Premier League quality. And Kim Min-jae could help them close that gap. Manchester City are about to sign Joško Gvardiol. Manchester City are preparing to enter the new season even stronger. If Manchester United want to be a more serious team in the league title race next season, they need to make the right moves during the transfer window.

Kim min jae was wanted by United a lot, and I mean like really A LOT and they failed to get him, which is a big reason why all the fans want Glazer family out in the end. Because they fail to get the player they want, let alone the player they may need. He would have been perfect for their defense, and this dude will worth 100 million when he peaks at a big club as well, Bayern will make sure of that.

Well, it looks like Bayern Munich has already agreed with him on some type of personal terms.
He is going to go to Bayern Munich if everything is alright.
Apparently, he is going to Bayern Munich for a €50 million euro deal. Now Manchester United has been beaten in this race.

Arsenal are the big losers here in terms of amount paid, Chelsea paid 80m and Havertz have already played for 3 seasons at the club, Chelsea weren't desperate to keep Havertz and were looking to offload significant amount players, and I don't think Kai Havertz was an exception, but Arsenal appearing desperate is surely why Chelsea had needed to play hard to get, because Mason Mount to Man United deal is supposedly going back and forth for within the range of 50-55m, I don't understand why Havertz should be significantly costlier than even an English player (that are supposedly costlier due the hype/tax and whatnot) for Arsenal. I understand the age factor, but Man City had just signed Mateo Kovacic for just 25m from the same Chelsea, while Declan Rice with one year contract left on his contract (with an option of one year more) will cost them 100m or nothing.  Shocked

For a team that nearly clinched the PR title, I'm not surprised by their high level of activeness in this transfer market. I heard that Arteta is one of the driving forces of their current negotiations and signings. I believe he knows what he wants and will do what he needs to get the results he needs next season. I wouldn't say Havertz is top class player even though he was the deciding factor in Chelsea's victory against Man city in the champions league final in 2021. Congratulations and good luck to Arsenal.

It's worth noting that Arteta is strengthening only midfield and attack sections of his squad. Looks like a plan to me.

Arsenal and Arteta strengthening their squad isn't my problem but they're doing it ridiculously with paying these outrageous fees for players that aren't worth it or even had a spectacular season at least, paying such fees for Havertz who played in 35 of 38 matches for Chelsea this season but only scored 7 and assited only once, Eddie Nketiah off the bench was literally more productive than Havertz was last season, I'm not saying that makes him a better player than Havertz, but makes the outrageous fees Arsenal paid a dumb move, and now they're threading the same path with Declan Rice saga, Partey was a better DM than Rice was last season imo, and Arsenal would be better off not parting ways with over £100m plus addons for Rice, especially with his contract almost running out already at West Ham, and they could get for almost free next season, getting Declan Rice would not by any means increase their chances of winning the title race, imo opinion.

Tonight Tottenham officially hired James Maddison for 40m. He joined Leicester City in 2018 and he had a good performance there but since Leicester was relegated, Maddison left this team to Tottenham. Manchester United and Newcastle also tried to hire this player who played for five years in Leicester City and he was an effective player there. Since he had one year left on his contract with Leicester Cty I guess Leicester City can earn good money there.
Tottenham chooses the right player to strengthen their squad. Maddison is a very cool midfielder, he is quite offensive. Tottenham has a lack of midfielders, especially a midfielder who has a great capability in attacking. Maddison will complete the squad of Tottenham, I'm sure he can fit with Tottenham tactics and starting players. Tottenham is lucky to sign Maddison with 40m only, there are many teams interested in Maddison. Previously, I guess Maddison will be valued more than 50m. But Tottenham paid him with 40m, it is a nice signing for Tottenham.

Maddison willingness for the move to Tottenham made the business an easy one.

Maddison will complete the squad of Tottenham, I'm sure he can fit with Tottenham tactics and starting players.
Tottenham has been a very disappointing team for many seasons now without being able to win anything. The have always had good players, but somehow they always perform badly. We expect the new coach to change all that and hopefully he will know exactly where to use all the players he will keep in the club and the new ones that have just joined them like Maddison.

Tottenham have completed the signing of a new goal keeper from Empoli, Guglielmo Vicario for a fee between £16m to £17.1million.

In other football transfer news as concerns the German league, an agreement was reached last week for Liverpool's young player, Fabio Carvalho. He would be joining Leipzig on a strict loan deal without a buy option that would run until June 2024.
Klopp with this move shows the team still got plans for the Portuguese player despite the shuffling ongoing in the team after their struggling performance last season.

But their defenders are slightly below Premier League quality. And Kim Min-jae could help them close that gap.

This is a wrong statement, Yes Kim Min Jae can improve the Manchester United backline and this does not mean the MUFC Backline is terrible lol. Manchester united defensive troubles is over exaggerated by everyone and somehow everyone believes it. MUFC conceded as many goals as second placed Arsenal team; definitely defenders are not the problem.

What MUFC need is a quality attacker and midfielders; with Mount deal finalized, i reckon MUFC will sign another midfielder and striker before the summer ends.

Your opinions are valid points but I have some exceptions to your opinion still. There’s this question that comes into mind in cases like this “What if”. What if Declan Rice and the coming of Kai Havertz to Arsenal will improve their midfield with the new set of players they will be playing with at Arsenal. Arsenal knew what they were looking for and they got it, so I see no reason why they should feel remorseful about paying the amount set for this players. The prices might seem outrageous, but since the demand for it was urgent, in a typical trader market, the price will definitely go on the rise too.

Talking about Partey, I don’t know why Arsenal part ways with him, they should have at list kept him till the contract expires. I really love his type of football and I know many Arsenal players and fans will miss him in that defense line.

Well, it looks like Bayern Munich has already agreed with him on some type of personal terms.

Bayern seems to sign him successfully.
If Bayern Munich already got a personal agreement with the player, it will be easier to sign him.
They only need to ensure the amount of money for the transfer fees, I believe Bayern Munich will have no problem with the transfer fees.
€50 million isn't too huge money for Bayern Munich, especially when they really need a new defender like Kim-Min Jae. Signing Kim will strengthen Bayern defense, it is really needed since Bayern Munich defense looks not strong enough in the last season.

Sure, Man United is likely no chance to sign Kim. If Kim agrees with the offer from Bayern, he probably will focus on Bayern. Now, it depends on Bayern and Napoli management about he transfer fees agreement.
