There are always many rumors about Neymar. We already heard a long time that he wants to leave PSG because he has many problems there. One of the problem is related to his relationship with Mbappe. So, I'm sure Neymar will leave PSG as soon as possible if Mbappe stays in PSG for a more season. But Neymar may chnage his mind if Mbappe moves to Real Madrid.

Anyway why signing Felix will depend on Neymar departure?

When that transfer of Joao Felix from Benfica to Atletico Madrid happened back in 2019 it was really a transfer that raised a lot of attention because the transfer fee of 127 Million € that Atletico has paid for him is still one of the biggest that was ever paid. I think it is safe to say now, that sadly Joao Felix could not life up to those huge expectations at all. Not in Atletico Madrid and also not now in FC Chelsea. His market value at the moment is "only" 50 Million € so i am afraid that Felix could go down the road of many wonderkids before and slowly but surely lose relevance and market value. I doubt that he is a player that can replace Neymar to be honest.

I think he is one of the players who was kicked out after Pochettino was appointed as Chelsea coach. Now he will be part of the Atletico madrid team next season. Chelsea has a very big space for the big man Lukaku and with all these speculations going on that Tottenham Hotspur are interested in him, I don't think he'd like to play for any English club with the way he has poured out his heart for Inter Milan. There are 2 possibilities Joao Felix will be with Atletico Madrid if at the end of the season Diego Simeone does not continue his career with Atletico Madrid his contract will expire in 2024 or even vice versa Joao Felix is not comfortable if Simeone renews his contract because he will not get a place in the starting. Lol you're correct, Lukaku only play good when he was in Everton, Inter Milan and Belgium, while the rest clubs he did joined, he can't show his best performance. While Harry Kane, he's always play in starting line up for Tottenham and England, he always become the top 5 goal scorers every season in Premier League.

Both of them are on different level, it's like comparing Iniesta and Gavi, Ronaldo and Benzema, Modric and Camavinga, not even close.
