let's say that the prices of players nowadays are a bit high and pumped up and therefore many times they are not truthful let's say that with the advent of the Arabs and the Chinese the prices have increased and have reached crazy and senseless prices then to get a good player, 70 million is no longer enough, it's absolutely crazy

The price of everything has gone up in this period. The price of match tickets has increased. The price of jerseys has increased. Football players' salaries and their contract fees have also increased. We went through a crazy period. The people who made the most money in this period were the manager companies again. They earn money without taking risks like football teams or football players. I think they are in a position against the nature of this game. But I don't want to distract the topic by criticizing them.

Real Madrid made the best transfer this season in my opinion. They transferred Mbappe without paying a fee. If we make a list, I think this transfer will top the list.

Real Madrid have long been clear that they would get this player for free and it's glorious that they didn't buy him when he abruptly turned down the offer and decided to stay for another two seasons in Paris. PSG mocked and said they would never give this player away for free and in the end they did. I think everyone is happy in this situation except PSG

Not too sure about the De Ligt signing. He was a real prospect when he was at Ajax, he seems to have stagnated at Bayern. Not a great signing imo but at least Man Utd are making an effort to improve unlike Liverpool who have done nothing this summer.

Chelsea still spending lol, surely they’re going to get points deductions for FFP or PSR violations soon.

Aside the whole injury saga i don’t see anything wrong in the signing of De Ligt to Manchester United, he is a serious upgrade to players like Jonny evans, Lindelof and even maguire. I see starting ahead of this players, also at Juventus the player was still excellent as he was part of the starting team and left when Juventus seems to be in need of money, his big money move to Bayern Munich was first disrupted by injury which some fans are spreading stereotypes about that he is always injured which isn’t true, he has missed only 27 games for the past three seasons only due to injuries, that to me is a very good sign than it looks. He felt completely out of Bayern Munich because of Tuchel and nothing football performance reasons. So he is a good signing to them.

Liverpool are probably offloading some players to be able to get new ones, the transfer window is still 20 days away from closing and I expect Liverpool to make a signing.

The Chelsea signings making them to face FFP Sanctions has been discussed before and when I read about the whole thing and how Chelsea is still surviving I notice that the new signings are usually given more than 6 year’s contracts which actually doesn’t bring the huge work load on the wages that FFP are waiting for. So I don’t think they will get that sanction for now

PSG mocked and said they would never give this player away for free and in the end they did. I think everyone is happy in this situation except PSG
It was the most genius move ever made by Florentino Perez in recruiting his target player, we know this can happen because Mbappe wants to leave and Madrid is his main destination. PSG certainly suffered a significant financial loss, they were too confident in believing that Mbappe would extend his contract again. Madrid bargaining value in every competition made Mbappe choose to leave PSG, even Mbappe was willing not to receive a large bonus from PSG in order to join Madrid. I think Mbappe departure was PSG biggest failure in player transfers.

Meanwhile, PSG has not yet managed to recruit a replacement for Mbappe, their main target is Osimhen, and so far there has been no clarity regarding the transfer. Maybe PSG will shift their focus to other players, because Napoli still sets too high a price for the Nigerian striker. It is better for PSG to look for talented young players, then give them the opportunity to become important players, even though financially they can recruit any player. On the other hand, I am very sure PSG will learn from the experience of losing Mbappe for free, besides the financial loss, it indicates a failure of the management in managing the team.

We recently saw some news about Rodrygo the player of Real Madrid moving to Manchester City. Rodrygo is instead to Manchester City and he would like to start playing there maybe that's because of Pep Guardiola working there.
Even a few months ago, Rodrygo started talking about Manchester City and he said Manchester City is the best team in the world. This made us think Rodrygo is interested in playing for Manchester City soon. But he recently said he won't leave Real Madrid and he prefers to stay in Real Madrid for a longer time even if Guadiola calls him.

I think this is just a rumor. Rodrygo could be on Man City's radar. And Man City considers Rodrygo an ideal replacement for Julian Alvarez. Rodrygo doesn't even want to hear about the rumors that he will leave the Bernabeu this summer. It is known that he is still happy at Real.

On the contrary, Real Madrid never intended to sell Rodrygo. Although Rodrygo's market value has reached 110 million euros. Therefore, this deal is unlikely to happen even if Pep Guardiola intends to attract Rodrygo. But the arrival of Kylian Mbappe and Endrick could see Rodrygo's playing time reduced so Rodrygo should be confident he can fight for a place in the starting line-up. This is the main reason for the rumors that Rodrygo wants to leave, but it is completely reasonable if Rodrygo does not have any starting position this season.

Good news for David de Gea.
After being without a club, he will finally move to Fiorentina, €3m net salary per season.
He will still play in Serie A after previously being linked with Genoa but failed because of salary problems, is it possible that Genoa offered a smaller salary than Fiorentina?
The reason why Genoa did not take de Gea was because they felt that they were not really interested in signing the goalkeeper, his profile did not suit him, especially with the salary request that de Gea asked for at the beginning, which was around €5-6m.

Indeed, it's just rumor.
In fact, Rodrygo has dismissed the rumor and has no interest in joining Man City this summer. He will remain at Real Madrid, his contract also runs until June 30, 2028.

Bryan Zaragoza the palyer of Bayern Munich officaly jonied Osasuna and he is gongito paly there for loan while I think Zaragoza c0uld have better options. But duringthe time when Tuchel was working in Bayern mUnich Zaragoza couldn't make Tuchel to let him paly and he was out of the team but even after Tuchel left the team Kompaney starte working there still Zaragoza coludn't make Kompaney to use this palyer nad it seems Bayern Munich still won't need Zaragoza in the team.
That's why Zaragoza is goingto paly for Osasuna while inthe last season he was palyfor Girona.

I don't understand Bayern Munich's decision even though they just made the player permanent from Granada last season who they had borrowed in the middle of the season but now they are not using the player's services and instead loaning him to La Liga club Osasuna, even though the player is very happy if he can play with Bayern Munich but it seems that the coach Thomas Tuchel and Vincent Kompany are not too sure about the player so they don't use him.

Playing in the Spanish Laliga might be more suitable for him because he also doesn't have much experience playing in other leagues maybe Bayern Munich still wants to see this player mature his abilities at other clubs before deciding to use him.

The story isn't clear as it is and by now I saw this kind of move like Rodrygo would look for a way to leave Madrid because the Mbappe move made things to turn around for the player Rodrygo. A good player that wants enough playing time doesn't need to be in the bench and it would have been better to join the Citizens because he would get more game time but I can't tell if he's even sure of leaving the 15x champions league winners, if he stays I don't see him having that energy of last season, without any doubt I think this player might force his way out from Madrid at time soon.

He will still play in Serie A after previously being linked with Genoa but failed because of salary problems, is it possible that Genoa offered a smaller salary than Fiorentina?

€3 million per season is small, but it makes sense for De Gea to earn that much because we don't know how he will perform, having not played for a few seasons because no club wanted him.
Actually the financial status of both Fiorentina and Genoa are almost similar, but it's surprising if Genoa not willing to spend 3 Million Euros because they can afford it. But this is a good signing for Fiorentina, hopefully with De Gea they can at least secure to qualify for Europa Conference League.

De Gea can use this chance as a stepping stone too.
I am shocked to learn that a goalie as good as David de gea has been without a club for this long now, considering how good he was in the colors of Manchester united, though I didn't know if the information I got about him was wrong, but what I heard about him and why he has been without a club for this long is that he has refused to lower his salary demand, and almost all the clubs that came to acquire his services weren't able to afford his weekly wages, though I might be wrong, but that's what I heard about him, it was because of that he has stay so long without a club.

But as for the move to Fiorentina, I think he is a major plus to the team and he is definitely going to improve the goalkeeping position of Fiorentina without a doubt if he can stay fit.
David de Gea was at Manchester United last season and he has been the main goalkeeper for Manchester United for a long time, but when Manchester United let him go last season and signed a new goalkeeper, there was a possibility that the goalkeeper could go to Saudi Arabia. However, it was said by several media that he wants to stay in Europe and if he can't stay in Europe, he won't go to any other league.  Given his performances, it's only natural that European teams won't offer him, and that's the way it is. The goalkeeper spent the entire season without the team. If he wants to play, it was a wrong decision for him to turn down the Saudi League's offer. If he is out of the game for a whole season, it is natural that no other club will want to buy that player in the next season because he has been out of the game and out of practice for a whole season. Even if he wants to move to another club this season, other clubs may not be interested in taking him now.

He is a good player, he needs more playing time to develop his full potential, if Ancelotti cannot guarantee him a place in the first team due to Mbappe arrival, he will look for another club that can improve his quality. Manchester City is also a big club, moving there is not a bad choice for him because he can win titles with Manchester City.

After going through a fairly complicated round, it is now certain that Manchester United will bring in De Ligt from Bayern Munich. Smiley

The details are as seen in the picture where Manchester United will pay 45m euros plus 5m euros add ons and this makes it one of the most expensive recruits this summer. Manchester United are required to bring in a new center back considering that Leny Yoro is certain to be absent for a very long time and this could be a solution to overcome the defense line.

In addition, this will also be a reunion for Erik ten Hag and his former player who also used to defend Ajax and it is hoped that after this Manchester United can advance without experiencing other obstacles.

For real though, after getting the deals for Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro done, Manchester United had been quiet in the transfer window, reading this update brought peace to my heart because I have been worried about the season ahead.
No, the initial plan has always been to bring in two solid defenders, not because of the Injured Leny Yoro. All I'm praying/ hoping, is for de Ligt to give Manchester United solid defending duties for three months consistently before Leny Yoro jumps back in fully fit with the squad.

de Ligt knows the manager well, the project and having Lisandro Martinez andAntony will definitely help de Ligt settle in and prepare for the great season ahead. Mazraoui also has been added. I see the plans of Erik Ten Hag to make use of both Mazraoui and Dalot as fullbacks.
One more addition I'm keen to see happening would be that of a new defensive midfielder. I don't trust Casemiro like I did during his first season. Getting Top Four should be the long goal for United this season.

To me leaving Madrid that is easy when you have achieved everything and as a player you some how see if you are being needed like before, because you also need to shine like the other players and the only way to do that is playing as regular as possible. If Rodrygo can picture how his playing time and his importance is going to be at Madrid he would not think twice if making a move out from Madrid since he's the only one fit to be left out between the 3 of them (Bellingham,  Vinicius Jr and him self Rodrygo) for Mbappe.
Pep Guardiola has everything planned out and is moving to Man City has a positive turn out then he can have that playing time even more than what Alvarez had when he was at Man City. Winning titles with the Citizens is something that he had to put at the back of his mind because it must surely come through, so I'd also wish to see him at the Etihad besides he's the kind they need.

The Transfer Market is still currently shaking. Teams are getting to where they're having to make decisions so they can activate their own plans as well. Let me give 2 big examples.

João Neves was quoted for €120m or nothing. PSG accepted exactly half of that in €60m + €10m in add-ons.

Victor Osimhen was quoted for €113m.  Now everyone knows that if a team is serious, they can get him for €70-80 so Conte's Lukaku Dream can come through.

Omorodion was a NO GO AREA for Chelsea as said by Athletico Madrid at the beginning of window. He's a Chelsea player today for €40m because Alvarez became available.

Im expecting a lot of movements before the end of the summer transfer window. Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester city and Liverpool are still in the market and a lot can still happen before the deadline day.

I don't understand what Chelsea's current way of thinking is towards the player purchases they make, because they are like fomo and like feeling something is missing when they don't bring in players.
Currently, there are rumors that Chelsea have agreed to bring Mike Penders, who is a goalkeeper with a price tag of 17 million.

https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/cn5rz5kvqk7o
If this deal is successful, they will indirectly be like cultivating goalkeepers because this is the 8th goalkeeper they have brought in after Kepa returned after a loan from Madrid and Filip Jorgensen who was brought in from Villarreal last month.
They don't seem to realize the situation so they don't seem to care about the money that is burned just for the ambition of bringing in players.

Well, this is absolutely crazy and stupid at the same time, because the hierarchy of Chelsea football club don't even know what they are doing, they are just busy assembling bunch of average players into the team and by doing so, they are practically turning the team into an average team, ok let's look at how Chelsea have been since Todd boehly and co took over the club, with the kind of players he is signing into the club, I don't see Chelsea winning anything tangible in the next ten years, unless this clown of a club own keeps off from the day to day running of the club, because from what I have seen so far, and with the kind of stupid decisions being taken daily,  I think they are gradually establishing themselves as a mid table team, because they can't be assembling bunch of kids and be expecting to achieve anything tangible with them, so in essence of what am trying to say is that until Todd boehly and co remove their filthy hands from the day to day running of Chelsea football club, Chelsea football club will keeps on struggling under his reign.

Fábio Carvalho is one of the young players who has potential at first because indeed seeing his performance in the midfield he actually has a performance above average compared to other players at his age, it's just that the intense competition in Liverpool's midfield especially with the presence of several other players who were brought in made him left out because he could not compete and get more time for playing hours.

Being loaned out to several small clubs was also a little late in the end because he was too long on the bench so that his potential faded a little but by being at Brentford now then this could be a turning point because at least by being at Brentford next season there is a situation where he can play more than when imposing being at Liverpool.

I think Fabio Carvalho's performance was enough for him to play in the team, but the club didn't think so and allowed his transfer. The club may have chosen this path to find resources for the transfer. When they sent the player on loan, Fabio Carvalho showed good performance and proved himself. Despite this, such a decision was not a good situation for the player, but he will continue to improve his performance no matter which team he goes to.

Playing in Brentford is a good team choice for Carvalho's development. It could be questioned whether the situation would be good if he went to another team, but I think he will do well in Brentford.
The presence of Szoboszlai and his position which always alternates with Elliott makes it difficult for Fabio Carvalho to penetrate the main squad because he lost the competition, although previously he was loaned out to several clubs so that his performance improved because he got more time to play but when competition for the main line up is very difficult at Liverpool then indeed he has no other choice but to leave Liverpool.

This is a fitting decision and Liverpool are also not too disadvantaged because keeping Carvalho for a long time on the bench is also actually difficult at this time so they have to take the middle way by selling this player.

By going to Brentford at least there is a new hope for Carvalho to regain momentum at a fairly young age at this time because this is what he should have done from the start in order to get a club that can accept him and for self-development to have more performance later.

But I remember when Ancelotti said that there would be no more players coming in and out of their current squad, that means it is unlikely to expect Real Madrid to release Rodrygo to Manchester City. But all that could still change when the player continues to pressure the team to immediately sell him to another team. Personally, I believe more that what Ancelotti said will happen, which is that they already have a squad that will not change again at least at the beginning of this season.
Honestly, I don't know in depth about Pep Guardiola's interest in Rodrygo, even if it is true then it is a very natural thing because in terms of ability Rodrygo is indeed a player who has very good abilities. However, it will be difficult for Manchester City to realize his move from Real Madrid, because Real Madrid itself has closed itself off from the transfer market.

I have not received any definite news about Rodrygo wanting to leave Madrid because there is Mbappe in my opinion he is still a key player for Real Madrid maybe he will lose a little playing time but it seems he will not leave the club and I think Madrid is also not interested in selling him, I think Rodrygo is a good kid and he is disciplined and he knows what is better in Madrid until now he has won 2 Champions with them and it can be said that his contribution in recent seasons has also been extraordinary so I think Madrid fans will not let this happen.

But I believe with Ancelotti he will find tiki taka or a good strategy for the players so that they get playing minutes especially someone like Rodrygo of course he will get his performance and the arrival of Mbappe does not make things worse I think they will work together better and I think Rodrygo is not a loser this is a challenge for him in Madrid by continuing to try to get a place there to compete and he deserves to be in Madrid.

Chelsea ambition to improve their squad is not wrong but what is happening now seems to have gone too far, they have brought in a lot of players and also burned a lot of money at the moment but it doesn't seem like that's enough to stop Chelsea transfer activity, Chelsea is again trying to make transfers which in my opinion is not important and actually just wastes money when they bring in a goalkeeper who they don't even know where else to position them in the squad,  their squad is very crowded with young players who they bought very expensively but so far they haven't able to show quite good performance in pre-season matches, in my opinion if Todd Boehly continues to show his unlimited ambition by bringing in players now, that is will not make Chelsea better in the future but it does not rule out the possibility that they could be subject to fair financial sanctions in the future.

Comparison of the number of Chelsea and Manchester City players :

This is a very good development, Manchester United has made the right decision by bringing in De Ligt, and I hope this signing will will bring a permanent solution to their defensive problem. Last season Manchester United conceeded lots of goal and it was a major problem that made them struggled and lost some unnecessary matches. I just hope that De Ligt will not also join their injury list, because I can't explain why players who move to Manchester United are always picking injuries.  De Ligt is a very good player and if he remain fit Manchester United will be very solid defensively this season. One thing I like about United this season is that they are being very active in the transfer market, and it seems like their struggling days are coming to an end.

Tottenham is about to complete Dominic Solanke deal. But for a huge amount like £65m.  Shocked

https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1821937036237935008

I mean he had a great season the last time. 19 goals in the PL. Pretty good work! But do you think he is really worth that much? It looks like Bournemouth officials will be very satisfied with this deal considering they bought him for an amount like £18m.  Smiley  I don't know if Solanke can make an impact like Kane. But he doesn't have to play at that level. Even if he maintains the last season productivity, it would be great for Tottenham.
It's clear that Tottenham desperately need a striker since Richarlison performance wasn't good enough, played 66 matches and only scored 15 goals. Postecoglou has tried to rotate some of the players to fill striker position, it starts from Son, Kulusevski, and Johnson, but the result is nothing different.

Although Dominic Solanke didn't qualified for England senior team, but he can compete with other England teams.
