After all the speculations surrounding his transfer, this is not the end I expected tbh. It was either Chelsea or the Saudi Pro league, a while back PSG was also coming for Osimhen, unfortunately he has lost all three opportunities to play in the big clubs. It seems Osimhen will be staying at Napoli. I doubt Conte will give him playing time and Victor Osimhen knows this. Osimhen has had problems at Napoli for about a year, the smart thing to do was to leave the club when the opportunity was there.

there's obviously more to this than what's available for the media consumption. If everything is okay between Napoli and osimehn, we all know that they wouldn't source for lukaku knowing fully well that osimehn is a better striker compared to lukaku. The transfer window is closed and everything for Osimhen this season is finished without any solution. So we will focus on another direction with Napoli's current performance regardless of what Conte wants to show with his new format Napoli still looks difficult to go through the Serie A competition. I think the option for Osimhen to move to Saudi is over because Al-Ahli only took one of the 2 players between Ivan Toney or Osimhen and the latest news is that Ivan Toney is undergoing a medical test meaning Osimhen will be excluded from this option.
