Your argument is akin to saying the Internet is overvalued because there's the potential for 100s of millions of new users to come onboard.... What!!!??? It's more a question of finding an adequate approach to estimating current valuations. Large investors rarely transact through exchanges in bulk because that is ineffecient and slippage drives the price. True, but that's always been the case because even regular cryptocurrency monetary assets are traded OTC for large quantities. The difference is that the reported marketcap includes that supply. In Veritasium it doesn't so if you use marketcap as a reference to valuation you'll effectively undervalue the current trading price by probably an order of magnitude because - unlike the classic cryptos - new sales come out of new supply, not existing. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it (and you have been totally transparent about how the offering works with your many Youtube explanations & AMA's etc) but we're now in an era of offerings that are more complex than the traditional monetary assets that have been traded on blockchains in the early years. This sounds more like a share offering where more shares are issued in response to demand (up to a cap of 50 times the current circulation). |

Yeah *wink* none of us in the USA *winkwink* checked the "I'm not an American citizen" box and bought the AdEx tokens during its ICO this morning ... I've heard AdEx is already selling for 25x and tokens haven't even been released yet of course ... they hit the 40k ETH hard cap in 8 hours and ICO is done ... you guys who don't follow @Clif_High on Twitter are really missing out ... AdEx was a freebie 24 hours before the ICO started since we are not getting the next Wealth Report until 7/5 ... got in this morning with 30% first day bonus so 1,100+ AdEx for 1 ETH And Clif doesn't buy the tokens he recommends so that he stays objective ... but he's sure going to raise the price of his Wealth Reports as he should  |

Wow great news all round. And yes I am sure the ADEX call will be great too. I managed to grab a few. I did sell a tiny amount of my VERI to make back a bit of what I paid but I'm still holding the vaaaaast majority and intend on holding it.

Yes. this will change when we cross 1/1 ether for veri ratio. That is the roadblock now; The services from Veritaseum will be worth it. Then the market will want in! At that point the liquidity will be more open as the fractional VERI is traded. |

Off the cuff, I don't know of any links 2 million ICO 98 Mill held to be sold OTC to Institutions / governments Last I remember seeing something like 34 million + have been sold OTC These tokens are sold for use in the Veritas machine, and not so much to be dumped on exchanges to be traded. Keep that in mind. Tightly held in other words. |
