Put roughly $170 worth of coins into the mixer and I forgot my voucher but still have my session. When I go into the session it says it is still waiting for a conformation, anyway I can get my voucher and my coins?
You should see it lists the steps above, if the bitcoin address is the one you deposited into, just go straight to step four.

It won’t let you go to two or three or will say “no chips remaining” or something so you’ll have to goatraight to step four, it won’t move automatically.

I just experienced something similar and turned out I copied incomplete key, left out 3 chars
your issue may be the same... and can be solved by brute forcing the last few chars of that PK

your issue may be the same... and can be solved by brute forcing the last few chars of that PK

If it’s like the native segwit private keys, the last few digits might be checkdigits anyway so you shouldn’t need to brute force them at all?

The keys are presented in WIF... Wallet Import Format

So, as per the documentation, the first 4 bytes of the "double SHA256" is used as a checksum and appended to the "address type + hex privkey (+ optional compressed key identifier)" before being converted to a Base58 string using Base58Check encoding

However, the maths involved in the conversion from Base58Check mean that ALL the characters are required to convert the Base58 string back to the correct bytes. For a demonstration, go here: http://gobittest.appspot.com/PrivateKey and in box #1, just delete the last character and click send... watch how the byte array in #2 changes Wink

It was resolved - private key saved by user was shorter but it was easy to find missing characters.

If you do not import private keys while session is active - please save receipt. It contains all information you need to use your chips and since it is signed by ChipMixer - you can prove you received them from us or file scam report if you received invalid key and we did not solve your problem.

Your session should last 168 hours (7 days) from the moment you created or extended it.

A PM won't be answered faster than email:
Please use chipmixer@protonmail.com email support instead of forum PM. It is easier to keep track of support requests and email is checked more frequently

You're not being scammed. First of all, the website says this:

Your session token is xxx. Save it permanently before continuing or you risk losing your funds.
It's your own responsibility to keep track of your session token.

That being said: all similar cases have been resolved by ChipMixer, and I expect them to resolve this case too.

Looks like he lost his session token, and that's why his 0.5BTC are "at risk".

I thought it was a direct issue with ChipMixer (e.g: he can't withdrawal his chips for some reason).

Ahh, nope, it’s even simpler.



If support don’t tell you this, if you put in your token and it takes you straight to step 1 where it awaits a deposit, that means there are no chips left but there are private keys so you need to click for step 4 at the top in order to get your private keys/voucher codes.

Alternatively, if you haven’t previously done the chip selection part then you will be immediately taken to step 2 where you can split/merge/donate chips.
