I got my masternode now ready to go when the new rewards start. For now I'll continue to stake as staking is pretty good as well even for smaller amounts of coins of say 500. Once this new wallet release is complete, I think it is time to really start marketing this as much as we all can on social media and anywhere else we can promote. I'm really looking forward to this year with VGS as I believe its going to be huge!

That's right, marketing is needed. The coin is very undervalued and currently has a reasonable price for 1MN.

Vegas needs a group of people to help, because he can not do it alone.

I also believe that 2018 will be amazing. Another interesting one - halving LTC, and 2020, halving BTC.

in my oppinion u make a big mistake by jump between dev teams again
if at all LIMXDEV and griffith should coordinate but the source should stay where it is
and griffith just follow open source best practice and submit his change requests towards the actual github

I totally agree with you my friend! VGS is very much undervalued right now and the reason is that not many people even know about this coin. So marketing is very important once the new wallet is released with the updated masternode rewards. Myself and a couple of other people do promote VGS on Twitter but we do need a lot more people tweeting or sharing VGS on other social media channels to get more exposure.

OK just got a response from Griffith , wallet with MN rewards of 2 VGS will be released within  24 Hours!!! Change will happen at block 39,000!!!

As soon as I get the wallet , Im sending it to the exchange. They will then have it in maintainaince for about 2 weeks as normal. Grab them now!!

I'm really looking forward to these new masternode changes as I now have enough VGS to run my masternode. Hopefully then this will attract more people into buying a masternode and that the volume starts to become more stable as then we can get VGS listed on CMC which we really need.

I'm having an issue that I'm hoping one of you can assist me with...

I have had a MN running for quite a while now with absolutely no issues whatsoever.  Last night, I decided to upgrade my wallet to 2.0.0.3

This is when the trouble began.

My MN continuously goes back to a "missing" status.  I made no changes to any of the files.  When I "start alias", it will show enabled, with a 00m:00s status.  Whenever I return my computer, it will be in a "missing" status again.  It obviously stays on for a little while, because each time I've restarted it, I get one MN reward...

Does anyone have any advice as to what I could check to diagnose what is causing this, or what my next step should be...?  I'm at a loss...

I had the same problem but after a few times restarting and unlocking wallets it fixed itself

I have to say that this was not organized very well. Why such a rush?
- We had to update wallets in 24h or less.
- Coinexchange is still on old chain. Someone can abuse that. Right?
