Well, there's still some life on Github. But anyway price likely depends on general market conditions. All decent projects will either have a bull run together with BTC or go to hibernation near zero for a few years together.
And XEL/BTC ratio doesn't have any previous bubble history so it has some potential this time.

I think it's time to buy back XEL. Some projects in similar rhythms have gained appreciation in the last few days and maybe the same thing will happen here.  |

Fortunately, there are lots of predictions that bitcoin will see a break soon. Well, there's still some life on Github. But anyway price likely depends on general market conditions. Bubble in the past or not, I don't care. Looking at XEL price chart, finding interesting signals and make decisions. And XEL/BTC ratio doesn't have any previous bubble history so it has some potential this time.

I don't think so. But like a lot of project now, the hype is down and they probably run in slow modus Most projects outside of the top 30 are quite silent these days. But would be cool to have some kind of monthly or quarterly update. Any recent news from EK? I'm wondering this too, I get that the project needs more community input, but is it still actively being developed and improved? Now that is the question we would all like to know concerning the alt coins we are holding. I guess it's just human behavior when after so much hype, the price goes down, teams go quiet. It is fine as long as they keep on working through their roadmap. |

We don't see our project as an investment product and certainly i cannot give you an advice regarding this . We would like to have in our community people that understand what we are trying to achieve than "investors" . To be honest we would like to see more developers onboard . This is a project that no other like it exists . You have to understand that our team has nothing to gain or lose from the price ups and downs . We are working voluntarely and our motivation comes from our love about XEL . What i can asure you is that we are doing our best to move this forward . Development is ongoing ( even if it's slow ) . |

When the project had traction and was compared to a competition to golem. Where it could gain a lot from advertising and make it mainstream. The lead devlopper had attitude and rejected marketing. Now its in the dead alley and nobody cares except a few ogs
this is very harsh words. Well, i would love to see someone market it to the academic community as an alternative to the rather egalitarian BOINC project! What the crypto community typically understands as „marketing“, however, is some excessive shilling on twitter to pump the price and lure people into buying by giving them the tingles and the idea of getting rich quick! That, i never wanted to be part of and i think that this kind of marketing is an outright scam! Look at all these projects out there: their marketing is rarely outlining the unique benefits their technology offers! It‘s all about signals, profits, and „FOMO“! you are the man, XEL is still one of the best project, since it's open source, i think a lot of other developer will follow it and make it great again. |
