Afraid of August One?

I'm not afraid because it's just where I'm facing it as I face daily life, Bitcoin will grow and flourish on August 1st. Never fear.

We are already in July and August 1 is coming...the day when Segwit would start signalling for all and what will happen after this date is something many fear of. Will there be a split and what will happen on the split?

I have already read some assurance that at the current rate things are doing, the possibility for a split is getting remote. Maybe the overarching interest of all stakeholders has already dawned to many.

Let's think of a good trend, I think that the price of bitcoin will increase that day and I will sell my bitcoin now and I will celebrate it.

All I know is that the BIG WHALES are sitting in the wings either way and will make huge profits on the fear and stupidity of those selling at loss or panicking, whether it be for BITCOIN or it's altcoin cousins. All I know is Blockchain technology is here to stay and while so many speculators are just focusing on the price, they forget that a big monster has been unleashed and can't die that easily. I am optimistic for the future, even if there is a hard fork. The price dump might just be temporary but the blockchain in whatever form it takes or transforms in, is here to stay. I will move forward with this confidence and will not be swayed by either hype or fud. I am in this for the long term, for my kid and in the future maybe for my grand kids and we will all look back at this as a small blip in Bitcoin's history.

I don't know is the price of bitcoin going down right now is because Segwit August 1st or not, but i'm really afraid if it's because August 1st. How do you guys think ? Is August one really makes the price of bitcoin become going down so hard ? I hope its not.

I don't understand why the people have fear of 1 August , because here we have no any problem or any doubt regarding the network .
In my memory about 3 times the upgrade of the blockchain network happened but no one yet lost his Bitcoin in any ways , so here nothing will go down unfare for which you need to get fear .
Here only two new things will get upgrade .
First update is of the size of the block which is necessary for the future to control the traffic of the transaction .
And second thing is to make split of the change from the same network .
Then I don't understand what is the problem that many people are facing with this .
Currently you need to put the lines that new coin will launch like btc a, and we will get opportunity to have new coin which will be similar to Bitcoin .

To be honest, I really don't know what I'm feeling right now because there are just two outcome. It either go up or go down. Maybe a few  are scared when that day arrives but no matter what happens I have faith in bitcoin and I know everything will still be fine.

in fact there  is uncertainty like situation, no one can say anything so  clear about bitcoin, but if we study the price of bitoin, which is still trading so much  stable which shows that there is nothing going to happen again bitcoin. and  hope that bitcoin price will continue increase as normal as it was in previous days and  we  are not expecting any thing wrong about bitcoin.

But I'm trying not be panic.

Every alts even btc price goes down like really fast.
Is it related to segwit or not?
It looks like lots of traders do a panic sell because of this.

What will happen in the next month, i don't know exactly why the people afraid of August one. Somebody said that the market value of bitcoin will dcrease or increase in the coming month. This will be the main reason for tension. Why tension, we have to face all situations in equal manner.

I am very afraid on the 1st of August, because many say it will go down, why go down?   

But that's just a prediction, we'll see it will come down accordingly what is said to rise and will be stable in the position of that number.

ETH had already split but the fact the they are still stable and well maintained. Well I guess let's just be optimistic in this case, the split can really cause panic. Let's just be ready on what could really happen on August 1.

May have some tension. The bitcoin investors are very much afraid as the bitcoin value will change based on the market in the upcoming month. Still 20 more days to enter August. Don't feel tension, wait and watch the reality.

You're so precise sir. I don't know why many are easily believing some fud and they easily lose track by that. Why not do readings and don't get jump quickly into some conclusions. If there's pump or dump as august 1 is coming I just be vigilant to this and trust bitcoin for I know that bitcoin will recover soon if there's a dump.

No need to get afraid.After segwit,price would start to increase high and so it may be last chance to buy bitcoins at price of $2400.Just big whales once again trying to make investors panic and buy bitcoins at cheap price just as they did during BU issues.

No need to get afraid.After segwit,price would start to increase high and so it may be last chance to buy bitcoins at price of $2400.Just big whales once again trying to make investors panic and buy bitcoins at cheap price just as they did during BU issues.

And they said bitcoin is decentralized like it can be manipulated by whales. 

August 1 will bring more coins to the ground so if you sell now, you save your money for later use. You can buy back once the price rebounce again.

You people need to get a grip, hodl and buy more. Panic selling only adds to the panic and adds to the buying opportunity of the whales. Quit acting like scared little fish.

No matter now many times it had been said, there will always be panic selling no matter now it is done. Personally I agree with you buy and hold, know this from experience now, and if they dont listen to someone with some experience, let then experience first hand when they lost some money on this panic sell moment (i did in 2015).

Which Bitcoin is he referring to? We will have 5-6 new Bitcoin split by end this year. I
