Any word on amd vega hash rates?

Hi guys, I am just, spent 9hours of installing 10x vegas 64 sapphire limited edition. I am was able to install only 9gpus, because of the asrock mobo 110 pro btc. 9 gpus just boot fine, but when 10gpus was installed the mobo just stop working, no booting no sign of anything. I am check everything, even the swapping of risers, gpus, slots was without succes...
But anyway 9gpus are in w10 and they are mining. 1350W on wall, but only 1150h for card. Even I did not saw the compute option in wattman! How it is possible? What about igpu as primary display?

when you installed gpu number one  did you set it up and test mine to see what it did?

if not  you fucked up since you have no idea when  your shit numbers started?

and if they started on gpu number one   you should have asked then what was wrong.

So at this point I have no suggestions other then erase everything install just the first gpu and let us know what it mines.

BTW I am not sure if that is the better gpu model.

While I started this thread I have not purchased any amd cards in six months.

so  I am not the best person to ask.

Personally, I have stopped trying for any Vega over 8. I find it is semi flaky and increasing it to 9 or even 10 is really more for bragging rights. I have now gone to 7 / 8 card configuration.

Sure, that I red. This guide works fine, but only with the old blockchain driver and only for 8gpus.
What I want is 10x gpus working on single board, so I hope that new driver from last week will worked. But as I said, compute option in wattman missing for me... And whats really irritates me is asrock mobo I do not know why 9gpus working and 10gpus not. Is there someone with 10x vegas working on that board?

Compute option is not available for Vega yet. I also spent the last month installing and reinstalling drivers for my 8x Vega64 rig. The best config I get with the blockchain drivers and with the softpower mod.

I also use Sapphire cards and yes stak-xmr uses more power than cast-xmr, I noticed also If you lower the speed of HBM it's useless.
I found why my rig was shutting down (I think), I changed the power plan, monitor -> turn off - never; HDD -> turn off - never, and so on... Without these setting many times after 30 - 60 min since I closed the connection thru teamviewer, my rig either was shutting down or froze. I see now it's working, hope this was the issue.

So, I raised my voltages somewhat (920-930) and used cast-xmr. I did a straight 24h run with no issues.

I then reboot the rig and with the same settings I started stak-amd: within 30 minutes one card stopped mining and the whole rig hung. There is something definitely bad that stak amd brings up from my rig, but still cannot pinpoint it.

Now I'm back to lower voltages on cast xmr to see if it's stable.

I am experiencing the system freezing too, the longest run was 20h.
And today, I will try new driver with 10x vegas64.

I too have one of theh cards in the 16x pci-e slot of the H110. I had to set the slot Gen2 communication or I was having issues with the card going to stand at times.

Shall I go to Gen1 (using the risers) instead ?

For now, rig is still stable for 22h and all 9 cards mining.
If its hold another 22h I started to thinking that the main issue is card/riser inside 16x slot... I had gen1 on all slots...
Gpu is 905 and mem 900. On the wall is about 1350W for whole system...

I just picked up a Vega 56 for $449 after rebate.  That makes it very competitive, especially if you can get the 1850 H/s with Monero.

For now its stable more than 33h.

Don't cry too much. Vega 56 best price in EU is 560$. We pay 20%+ VAT tax.
I would buy a truck load of Vega at $399 tough.
