@CryptoNinja11, I'm really sorry to read what happened to you. Unfortunately, you're not first, and probably not last person who have bad experience. I'm sure that you did nothing wrong. And worst thing when it comes to Coinpot that they don't communicate and you can only guess what really happened. My random guess would be that maybe some of your referrals were abusing their faucetsand Coinpot admin just flagged your account because it may be related with them.

Just to add what LTU said above, you might want to avoid further promoting CP to referrals since there's no support. You can't control what they do and there are those minority that'd abuse what opportunities available out there.

It's a one-man-show after all, sad to say.

Yeah, I mean if they can just take away all your referrals (by just not paying anymore) that took you years to build up, it really is a waste of time.

What’s really strange is I am still able to process a withdrawal. I get the confirmation email and everything, it just never arrives. Is there anyone here who has been banned that got a specific message as to why? Where did you get the message, in email or on your account page?

Well guys, this is not looking good.

Some of you may be familiar with my site, CryptoNinja.co which my wife and I have been working on for about 3 years now. Coinpot has been our bread and butter, and the faucets were prominently displayed on the front page up until a couple months ago.

We have not broken any rules, of course, or received any kind of message that there has been any kind of violation, or hold for security reasons, or anything. The deposits have simply stopped. I am able to complete the entire withdrawal process but the deposit just never arrives.

Clicks have dropped way off, and Coinpot has really piled on the pop ups and redirects. If their next move is to simply stop paying certain people, that’s pretty much the end. Hopefully I’m wrong, and this is just some kind of mistake, I will certainly post an update here if that is the case.

Hey cryptoNinja11,

really like your website, would you mind including our faucet on your list https://es.btcnewz.com/ I believe we will be a strong competitor and are making up for things where coinpot has been lacking. If you are interested further, maybe shoot us an email we would love to have you on as a promoter Smiley

do your withdrawals show as 'completed' or 'cancelled" on coinpot?
if they are completed, then there should be a link to the blockchain tx
if cancelled, then it probably means that your account is frozen for some reason

Huh

i have only ever seen 'pending' which is what it shows once i have confirmed the withdrawal (by clicking on the email link) and then it changes to 'completed' once it has been paid
i have never seen 'confirmed'

im talking about on the 'recent transactions' list on coinpot
do you have a screenshot of it showing 'requested' or 'confirmed' ??

Yes, under profile, recent activity. I don’t want to bother blurring out IP addresses and stuff, you’ll just have to trust me.

Oh, you mean on the main page? I get so many referrals that it’s virtually impossible to find anything by scrolling through that.

well that is the only way to see what has happened to your withdrawal Smiley
you can see a coin-specific list of transactions on the coin page - i.e. click on Bitcoin Core on the menu
it might be easier to find it there

Ok. I found one. It was cancelled. I suppose I will try emailing them, but I doubt it will help.

that will explain why you havent received it then
unfortunately it looks like your account has been blocked/frozen for fraud or some other reason - i dont know what
i would email them, and if they dont reply then i would take that as being a sign that that account is doomed! sorry!

They don't respond to any tickets so basically he's on his own now.

My wife and I each have an account. Same deal on both accounts. We are assuming one of us claimed on the same IP and they decided we were “multi accounting”. Email sent, but like the guy said above, not likely to get a response.

that is probably the problem in my opinion
you say it is you and your wife that are claiming with separate accounts
they say it is just you with multiple accounts which is against their rules im sure
yeah, you might not get a reply, sorry!

That seems pretty extreme, if the case. If 2 people are not allowed to claim in the same house (counter resets anyway so it doesn’t let you claim twice, or more anyway) there should be some kind of warning.
