Hi, first time posting on here  Grin and a bit of a noob so be gentle....

Can anyone shed any light on my issue?

I bought some HUSH on Cryptopia a while back but had them on the exchange.

I created created a wallet on https://wallet.myhush.org via the secret phrase as required. These I noted down accurately.

Once done I copied the address from the wallet and made the withdrawal from Cryptopia.

As of today the withdrawal on Cryptopia still says 'processing' but I have checked on https://explorer.myhush.org/ and it confirms that the transaction has completed.

However, I have just opened the web wallet using the same secret code but the address from the wallet I originally created (to which I have made the withdrawal) does not appear in the list of addresses in the wallet and the balance says zero!

I cannot see any facility to open the address!

Am I missing something/completely messed this up?

It's definitely possible that you messed up but in a small way...
Try going to settings, and make sure you select "Paste private key".
If you are "Entering secret phrase" than you've just created new wallet - using your private key as the secret phrase -hence lack of old wallet address. If so, easy fix!

having issues with cryptopia withdrawal...says it doesn't recognize any of the hush addresses i've been putting in (have been trying to use the webwallet)...any advice? do i need to wait a bit after the wallet is generated to be able to use the addresses?
Should work right away. Your address starts with a 't', right? (NOT another letter - except maybe a 'z')
Just making sure you aren't pasting in your private key...
Go to https://explorer.myhush.org/ and enter your address. It should show up there if it exists.
Otherwise i have no idea...

Can anyone help this noob?
I downloaded the wallet yesterday, then went to cryptopia and sent 1 Hush coin to it.
Then I realized it wasn't "synced" yet, but it was in process...but slowly...I finally went to bed when it was around 65%.
In the morning, the wallet wasn't there, so I re-opened it. It tried to open for a minute, then an error popsup:

"A general unexpected critical error has occurred: couldn't connect to server. EOF reached (code 1)
make sure server is running and you are connecting to the correct RPC port)
See the console ouput for more detailed error information!"

Me:"EOF? code 1? RPC Port? "

Any help would be appreciated...I'd like to buy some more HUSH now that it's on sale, but I can't not knowing how to resolve this in time for the drop.

P.S. I did confirm my address is in the Hush system so I did at least one thing right.

I started to do that yesterday, but "hush.config" is already in that folder.
But as I said, I'm a noob, maybe I don't understand what it's asking me to do.....?

OMG! Cryptopia has freezed the Hush wallet. So you can not deposit Hush or withdraw it. What a nice fraud! I am applauding...

And how to withdraw Hush to local wallet now?

^^ exactly

Wow, this really sucks, I was going to get some more, What other exchanges have hush? and is everyone on here buying it for the "fork" or do you actually use hush as well?

Seen on Twitter the Snapshot date was just moved to February 1st now because of the cryptopia issues

That's good.  They need to release a walkthrough on to set up the wallet etc.  It seems there is alot of confusion about setting things up.  Why doesn't the team just contact cryptopia?  They have helped with other airdrops int he past.

Hello!
Does anyone know how long the Cryptopia will be servicing the Hush wallet? Is there a chance to transfer my coins to 16.01?

Hi,

Quick question guys. I am trying to generate address at webwallet below.
https://wallet.myhush.org/

After logging in with my secret phrase, i see a bunch of "addresses" on the left, followed by "confirmed" and "unconfirmed".

Does this mean these are my own receiving wallet addresses? Can i send coins to any of these visible addresses?

Regards

Thanks for the info, that will be good for HUSH investors because many people that don't come here  regularly to check news would probably miss a chance to get HUSH or to transfer it back to their wallets. Some may even have balance but on their Z Address instead of T Address.

Glad hush team listened to our advice of extending the BTCH snapshot date by 2 weeks. This will make things a lot easier, as a lot of people are currently facing a tough situation because of Cryptopia market pause & withdrawals. Smiley

i can understand that reading the whole thread is a bit exhausting, but you could at least read the last post (see above) and you might find the answer  Grin

The full whitepaper of Bitcoin Hush (BTCH) is expected to release in next two days.

When will the market open again? Can it take days?

Well one of the devs is in contact with Cryptopia, and he's saying that it can actually take few days.
