just read the whitepaper, its rally short and straight forward. Quick explanation:

1. add the token symbol to your mew. Information in the OP.
2. send any non zero amount of TME from your child to your parent address.
3. It will create a batch of TME in your child address.
4. finish, you can repeat this action 9 more times. but i would suggest not to dump all batches instantly!

This gives rise to the idea that the lending mechanism will in fact be used to generate coins by the owner of the addresses, and not for lending between lenders and borrowers. Now, if there was any mechanism of collateral in the ETH, with the mortgage automatically returned to the borrower when the loan is returned. Totally agree with you. I guess mechanism of collateral is quite important for spreading this idea among ordinary users. Though I know dev said "Punishment or recourse would likely be dictated by the lender, as is often the case already. This new currency will have a competitive advantage because it will further incentivize a borrower (beyond any legal ramifications) to play by the rules, and a lender to adopt this new currency."

Scheme for your consideration.
1. The lender sends the borrower for example 10000 TME with the condition of a full refund in 30 days without interest. This transaction is frozen at the address of the borrower until the borrower confirms the agreement.
2. The borrower confirms its consent to the contract by sending a small amount of gas to the address of the lender. If this does not happen within 24 hours, then 10000 TME automatically returns to the address of the lender.
3. Immediately after confirmation from the borrower, 10,000 TME are thawed at its address, but some amount of ETH is frozen as collateral. This amount is determined automatically according to the average bid price for the TME-ETH pair.
4. Full refund on or before:
The lender receives back 10,000 TME and generates a reward at his address, for example: 0.0001 * 30 days * 10000TME.
At the address of the borrower, the pledge in ETH is thawed and the same reward is generated or slightly less.
5. No loan repayment on time or part return:
5.1. From the borrower's address are automatically sent frozen for ETH collateral to the address of the lender.
At the addresses of the borrower and the lender, a reward is not generated.
The treaty ceases to operate.
5.2. Another variant:
The pledge in ETH remains frozen at the address of the borrower until the loan is repaid to the lender. For the delay, the refund amount increases by a certain percentage per day. I think ~50% of holders TME dump his tokens when it listed on exchange, but later, traders see a profit and pump price of TME to the moon!

Timereum has been submitted to NovaExchange, and is now on the voting list. TME will need 250 votes to be listed. Please vote and have others vote as well. I will submit a follow up post to this one shortly with a voting link. Novaexchange does support ERC-20 tokens, as this has been checked with them personally. The ERC 20 append to the Timereum name will likely disappear upon listing, as the specification was requested by them for clerical reasons.

Regarding installations and collateral:

I have been looking into these recently, and am in favor of both of them. Borrowers could optionally use ETH as collateral, frozen on condition of the repayment amount of the loan. Those borrowers who wish to use other forms of collateral in the real world as previously described will still be able to do so.

Optional payment installations could be specified by the lender. Reward would be proportional to the borrower meeting those periodic installments.

I will update the service outline documents and scenarios to touch upon these plans.
