Scams are already forbidden basically everywhere. Chinas legislation obviously doesn't make any difference  China banning ICO's doesn't make any difference? Alrighty then. |

Is there any transparency, any info on the team, any info how many people are participating in the pre-ico and how much has been invested etc? I can't find much info.
yeah never see any proof this coin build by the famous team said like ibm. apple... Ha, ha, ha, guys, do you still believe that this team exists? |

Concerning issues with the ICO sign up and WCXT credit, as we announced previously ICO sign ups were temporarily disabled due to an issue with our email server. That issue has since been fixed and sign ups are enabled since yesterday. |

Related question, because volume is so low can one big order come in to rocket the price up or down?

Hey folks--it's an actual exchange!  I was glad to receive an invite and dove right in. Depositing some ETH went very quickly. I have been playing around with little trades, selling ETH for BTC, selling BTC for LTC. The main problem right now is super low volume, but the mechanics of it seem to be working just fine. The chart options look great--again, they will be much more interesting when there is more volume and more trading history. Not only is there an actual exchange, but there is a roadmap on Trello. Got access to the beta exchange. Everything works, everything is cool. Already even go the trade. I am very pleased that the project is really working and developing.
Waiting for the ICO and the opening for all users.
