I do,Some cases of crime are so unforgivable, the death penalty is appropriate for some criminal cases. For example, the murder case, the murder is a very cruel case and I think the death law deserves to be given. Rape too, a rapist really damages a person's life. Punishment must be harsh because it is about the nobility.

Yes because one of my relatives expirience a rape victim,
and i saw her everyday crying cos she cant move on and she got trauma. Thats why i agree to death penalty to learn the they're mistakes.

Sadly happened to others to have trauma in rape victims, me i am agree to death penalty, i believe that criminals and rapists will not increase when there is a death penalty, they will be afraid to make a crime.

You should first of all look at the statistics of the growth of crimes in those countries where the death penalty is present. Crime has never been afraid of the death penalty and this is proof even of countries where drug cartels are raging. There, even in prisons, the army is introduced to quell the killer.

yes... I saw a lot of crime happened in my country.. I think  they are not afraid because there is no death penalty just imprisonment that they can go outside after a year..

yes we need to back the death penalty.. Specially for those who did horrible crime like killing, child abuses. We need to inform the person who did a lot of crime that there is ending after all what they did in this world..

I agree with the death penalty only for violent crimes. For theft, it will suffice for deprivation of liberty. We need to make the world cleaner from all sorts of garbage, and not show loyalty to them.

Theft is not a heinous crime. Sometimes, some people may get too desperate and they may commit theft. You can't treat someone who raped an 8-year old girl and someone who stole a few hamburgers because his kids were hungry on the same level. If it is the first time the individual is committing theft, then he should be let off with community service.

Before I also think like you, is it worth someone to be a court by killing people.

Yes I agree with death penalty.  Criminals such as  rapaists, killers etc. Nowadays are not scared of thr law anymore because being in jailed is not scary for the criminals at all. So that we should implement death penalty to scare criminals yo commit crime.

I strongly agree that we live is due to the power of God and only God is entitled to decide the death of a person, but when we talk about the death penalty on a person or the offender must really be considered fairly and precisely.
the death penalty may be imposed on the perpetrators of grave crimes resulting in the loss of one's life or more. The death penalty will have a deterrent effect on others who have intent to commit a crime. So, I agree with the enactment of the death penalty if it is in accordance with the crime it committed .

Murderers, killers, rapists, terrorists anyone who is harming human being don't deserve part of this society and even death penalty is not enough for them they should shot on the spot without wasting time of law and courts as they are nuisance for the society and I really feel pity on their parents who gave birth to this kind of people.

I am agreed with all of you, there should be death penalty for the certain serious crimes. People should think twice before committing the crimes like rape, child abuse and murders. There should be fear among the criminals regarding death penalty, it will help to reduce such crimes and people should support the govt for such penalties.

The purpose of our existence is to serve God, when you take one's life, even your own life then it only means that you're taking away God's server. The only one who have the rights to take away something is the one who gave it. Also you don't have the rights to punish someone to the point of taking their lives, even you committed a mistake. Do remember that god may gave you problems in life as a punishment and for you to learn from it but he never take your life. Always open a room for a change.

Even now some of the human rights advocates are arguing that life without parole is an inhuman form of punishment. They are against death penalty, and they are against life without parole. I wonder whether they want all these murderers and rapists in the streets roaming freely.

Yes I do agree in death penalty, death penalty is worth nothing if no one would commit a hideous crime. Meaning, its just there as a law for those people who deserves it. If you are not doing anything wrong, why would you be scared of death penalty? Only people who commit crimes are the ones who are scared of this law. Death penalty is not bad or wrong, the ones who recieves them are the bad ones. Every body deserves a second chance, but we also need to pay for what we have done.

Everyone deserves a second chance. As long as they are willing to change, they should be allowed a second chance. It is only fair and killing them wont change anything. It is just one more life taken away. Isn't that just redoing what the murderer did? "A life for a life". So those who hung the convict should die too.
