Soft cap 5,000 ETH
Hard cap 153,000 ETH
More than 30x.
the soft cap needed to be reached in order to develop and advertise the coin a little more leading up to the ICO. The hard cap doesn't need to be reached, they're just aiming for that amount as a best case scenario. |

Trade in personal data is a promising branch. Why will the tokens be burned? What will happen when their price rises due to this burning? Will not this complicate the data trade? Will the system stop when all the tokens are burned? Why do fire tokens in general, except for one purpose - to raise their value? Is the project aimed at providing data trade or increasing the value of its tokens?
Price of data is quoted in USD against the current exchange rate of DAT, just like most platforms where you currently trade goods for BTC, on these platforms prices are not quoted in BTC but rather in USD. Generally speaking appreciation of value of BTC and other Coins/Tokens is not a negative, quite the contrary. I asked about the other. Why will the tokens be burned while the system is running? Why can not you leave all 3 billion tokens in circulation? |

Soft cap and hard cap are entirely different things they have nothing in common. Soft cap only describes what's the minimum of investments for a project. |

Your name and logo looked very formiliar. Turns out I saw it on an airdropalert site, where you give free tokens for signing up. Pretty good marketing since this name instantly rang a bell. Will be happy to do my due dillegence on this ico!

Well hard caps are often set to an unrealistic height but I agree that it would be interesting to hear what they are planing with that amount of money. Sometimes I'd love to have a list of plans an ICO project has depending on the amount of ETH they raise. So that one can easily see for what they use which part of the money. |

I only just found this thread and the video really had a good impact on me. When you hear the idea it really makes so much sense, that all this data being collected about you should just be yours. I see i have a few days to dig into the whitepaper and everything, so i'll definitely give it a read.

Which data you want to sale on your marketplace? the want to build up a marketplace for your data, which you want to sell or not for data buyers. you will be paid trough dat tokens by the buyer and you can set up conditions and terms on how your date should be sold to data buyers. overall, you will get finally money instead of that for example, fb makes money behind your datas you provide them |
