I hope that you only invest in legal buildings, as there are many illegal ones in spain, especially at the beachfront. I saw a documentation about this and it's really annoying how they have destroyed the nature with the help of corrupt local authorities. Maybe thats also a chance of making advertising. I mean, who didnt want to buy a house or a share of it, when he also can have a good conscience.
In lithuania is the same .. A lot of our national parks are becoming one big townhouses,not to mention some living buildings are build in papper as "office" buildings to avoid some taxes and after that "f*&^" buyers ..so i hope this project have some failsafes and regulation to avoid con artitsts and illegal builders

Thanks I missed this video. have to say that design is pretty neat and orientation on that web seems to intuitive. I hope that there will be multi-language support.

After seeing the demo of the platform i have a question. When the details of the platform are displayed, will there be any demographic data? Things like average income of the neighborhood, crime rates in comparison to the rest of the city, etc. For residential properties i believe this can be a very strong factor. Of course the platform that you showed is still alpha/beta, but it is a function that i believe could be useful.

There is always an advice to hold or rather hodl in the crypto world. This token clearly represents that mindset. Any chance there will be modifications to account for ETH's recent increase?  The "1 ETH = 220 tokens" plan was made when ETH was around $200.  It's now nearly double that.  In other words, the plan was for investors to obtain REAL tokens at around $1 each; now, investors would have to pay around $2 each.

There's been no change in what REAL brings to the table in that time, but now they stand to collect double their planned ICO proceeds merely because of a substantial change in ETH valuation.  The end result being that investors stand to receive half the value they were intended to get.  And, assuming REAL did a good job valuing their offering when initially announcing "1 ETH = 220 tokens," the current ETH exchange rate means REAL will start out being substantially overvalued.

I like the promise of the platform, but would be much more comfortable investing if the exchange rate were modified to give investors the value that the team had originally planned to provide.

Good point. They recently halved their soft and hard caps, because their target is around 30 MM USD for soft cap and 60 MM USD for hard cap.
Given that the price will most probably reach $400 it seems they need to reduce their caps again to around 75,000 ETH soft and 150,000 ETH hard.

As a newbie, im doing research in different ICOs and coins, to invest in. There is so many to choose from :s
I read the whitepaper of REAL and please let me know if im correct about this; the money collected by ICO will be used to invest in real estate, and the profits will be returned to the investers in Ether?

I think this is a correct assumption. So it looks like we are investing into a real a state buseniss? How do we avoid the risk of money being locked for years in real a state? If we cash out, can we do this with REAL? How will the value of a property be determined? Or do we sell tokens on an exchange, basically letting the market decide how much the portfolio of REAL is worth

Holders of real tokens will have a percentage share in their operating income, I believe that today in the real estate market is the best application of their investment, because, besides being promising and innovative, it is something expandable in terms of adaptation, structures, acquisitions, and complements As architecture, that can be implemented, adding even more value to the project, which is already sensational. Imagine buying''actions'' of a company in increasing evolution and in a branch also upwards and promising, has no error, is the best investment to make. Wink

Is the countdown timer on the website wrong? The token sale FAQ states that it starts 1:00 PM GMT August 31st. However, the countdown timer on the website corresponds to 3:00 AM GMT September 1st, I think?
