I think the prices are going up because China/JPMorgan and other market players are buying at the low after causing the dip. They are totally manipulating the market.

At least with REAL it will be less vulnerable to FUD and manipulation.

False understanding of crypto news coming out from china will surely affect any altcoins, Real was invested by people who believe in it even if china is out of the picture we can still see a good amount of supporters.

i hear news from coindesk china exchanges start soon but there is now regulated and people can invest on ico. but only regulated ico not on all there they started. but china people keep participating on project direct worldwide. i read yesterday on coindesk. this is big thing to bitcoin move up going now i think. but more people learning about blockchain worldwide. this is the one big revolution coming. i think real project is the best way to invest for good future.

China banned China-based ICOs and exchanges AFAIK. So any chinesse investors that want to enter REAL are able to anyway.

REAL raise more than 35k eth, its a pretty good amount at the moment and they will continue to raise money. I think REAL team can do great things with this money, they are very experimented and there is a lot to do in the real estate market with mot than 10 million dollars. The value of a REAL token will be very huge soon.

i think this will end near 100k eth, since it is well confirmed in the past, that icos like this get the most attraction for investors at the end of the ico. the whales will buy in with huge sums, so they will get their 100k eth at least.

but neverthless, all depends on the contribution of the community and spreading the word

Am I right, that the hole discussion here is about china and its Investors? . Maybe there are less Investments from this side in the ICO Phase. But who cares, that Money will come afterwards. So calm down, real will be a success.

In every ICO I always ask myself at least 2 questions:
-What will cause a market demand for the coin so the price can go up?
-What will convince people not to sell it once ICO ends so the price will not drop?

Can someone give me short answer on this two?

Looks like ICO is kicking off again after few days of small investments. It makes sense since bitcoin is slowly recovering and will probably reach previous value soon.
Theres still 11 days left so im not worried about this one.

SEC decision would matter if REAL was courting American investors but last i checked, US citizens were banned from participating.

not sure how realistic it is to raise 200k ETH. still it won't matter if they will make the best of what they raise. hopefully they'll be able to manage with that they have.

not a official but this is a projects where the team actually invested in their company.

Same concept? What project you mean?  hm.. yes, a lot of real-estate project. But here is a little different idea, than in other real-estate project. So i dont know similar projects...

not a official but this is a projects where the team actually invested in their company.

But now that they've raised over 9 million tokens/$10 million with 10% it's not such a risky investment anymore. Although, if they don't reach their soft cap of 25 million tokens, I think they'll have to reallocate the budget a bit.

If I learned one thing in my life, don't trust a bank! NEVER.
But it also provided opportunities for us to buy even more ETH to invest in all those great ICOs now.

What I really like about REAL is its ability to enable a potential real estate investor to invest without minimum amount, making it attractive to small time investors also.
