They aren't incompatible. I think tokenizing real estate is a good thing...you just have to know what you're buying. Putting real estate on the blockchain doesn't make it a "crypto" investment like we're used to. It's still real estate.

They aren't incompatible. I think tokenizing real estate is a good thing...you just have to know what you're buying. Putting real estate on the blockchain doesn't make it a "crypto" investment like we're used to. It's still real estate.

You're right it is still real esta and just tokenized version. Maybe new model of the future economy.

Even if they sold, I'm not sure if they would sell all at one time. But as far as I remember they sold their budget Ethereums at once.

I also think that it can be stay undervalued untill they launch the platform and buy the first property. But after they started to give dividends things can change much faster.

That's correct. Many project's tokens lost value just because of wrong communication methods.

You're right. Communication is too weak. There is important milestone on January. If they delay that, we can see that there is something really wrong.

I think once the platform gets up and running, they will list on other exchanges. I hope there is a santa claus rally and their cash reserves are boosted
